I’m titanium with a Marriott never knowledge as one, no free coffee in lobby or grab and go food items. Staff at desk ok, bistro staff nice the whole key thing to get in building pain, sat there looking for key as security guy sat on his phone and didn’t offer to help or open door to see if I needed help. Just all over ok!
Pros. The rooms are spacious and very clean
Cons. I wasn’t so fond of the location at night, it was very scary especially because we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel . It’s not the safest area.
Pros. Location near Seattle downtown was excellent. Cleanliness and attentive staff made our stay great.
Cons. Airport shuttle timing could be improved.
