Cons:
Kayak let me book a Hertz rental at Santa Rosa airport which does not have a hertz location. It’s been closed for a few months. I had to go to the Santa Rosa Avenue location instead. This caused a hiccup in my entire travel plans.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pickup and drop off were great; however, I for got to fuel up and it cost me $131.00 for a 1/2 a tank of gas. Can you help me with this loss?Cons:
What ever you do don't forget to fill the fuel tank, it will cost you ten times the amount to fill if the agency has to do it.3.2 Poor

I made a reservation for 5 pm for a location but even though i got the confirmation # they closed before i got there. On phone I've been told to go to airport location cuz the car is ready for me. Over there the guy didn't want to give me any car saying he doesn't have. After 1h fighting he gave me a smaller car for a bigger price. Just beautiful9.6 Wonderful

We rented the car - went to pick it up and he said he didn't have a reservation under my name. Showed him the reservation receipt email - he then said I don't have a car available. Then something came up where he thought he had one - with a cracked windshield. He said he'd give us a discount. Tried to rent that one out but there was a hold on it. He said ok, I can get another car let me have your card. I had my debit card. Said it wouldn't pass the credit check. He said my credit must be bad. !!! My husband tried his - same thing. We don't have credit cards. We have rented numerous times with our debit cards, never with an issue. I have now been charged for the insurance. This car rental was for a very important occasion. Extremely upset and very confused.8.8 Very good

The service was excellent with a personal touch. Small company and easy to get in and out.Cons:
I’m not sure how you could be better, but there is always room for improvement. Let me just add. As a small company, the workers have to multitask. When your agent has to clean car and handle your paper, that means a great employee. You might have to wait for your car as they have to prepare the car. Even though the staff was multitasking they all gave great service.8.0 Very good
