I booked at an Enterprise in downtown Santa Rosa that closed at 1pm on Saturdays, when my flight landed at 2:30. I specifically called days before to check that picking up closer to 3pm would be ok and they confirmed. When I landed, I see that the location is closed for the day and won't be open the next day either. This should have been made very clear before I booked the car. I last minute had to pay more for a new rental at the Enterprise at Santa Rosa airport, which was fine and I was lucky to get one last minute but not ideal.

They didn’t have a car for usThe kayak or Priceline interface changed the pickup location without my consent, and Enterprise didn’t have a car for us at the airport. I had to rent another car from a different company at more than double the cost. I called Priceline to see if they could offset the extra costs and they refused. I will not book a car through kayak or Priceline again.

Staff was very professional and courteous.I had ordered a truck but when I arrived, one was not available. I was given a Tahoe as a replacement which worked out but if I had really needed a truck, I would have been very disgruntled.

Reserved a rental online through here/priceline. Checked out the site.. I WASTED money on a lyft to get here. I was NOT able to rent my rental and they didn't show much concerned that I desperately needed one and they didn't have any.. No concern or not apologetic either... Why is this business open? Jerks... Nothing was said on any of the sites why i wouldnt be able to and forewarned about that...

Kayak let me book a Hertz rental at Santa Rosa airport which does not have a hertz location. It’s been closed for a few months. I had to go to the Santa Rosa Avenue location instead. This caused a hiccup in my entire travel plans.

The staff was great. They arranged our after hours pickup at the Elmira NY airport at 10pm last night, 5 hours after the Hertz counter closed.We were horrified to discover fa partly full McDonalds drink cup and some paper napkins in the back seat. Normally, we wouldn't much mind. But these are covid times. We were horrified that the car had not been cleaned carefully, and obviously could not claim to have been disinfected. We drove home last night worried all the way about being in that car. Unclean car is really unacceptable in these times.

I didn't get the rental because they said they didn't know I had a reservation and had nothing available then tried to pawn a truck off on me for double the amount I was originally paying. Not happy!

Very confusedWe rented the car - went to pick it up and he said he didn't have a reservation under my name. Showed him the reservation receipt email - he then said I don't have a car available. Then something came up where he thought he had one - with a cracked windshield. He said he'd give us a discount. Tried to rent that one out but there was a hold on it. He said ok, I can get another car let me have your card. I had my debit card. Said it wouldn't pass the credit check. He said my credit must be bad. !!! My husband tried his - same thing. We don't have credit cards. We have rented numerous times with our debit cards, never with an issue. I have now been charged for the insurance. This car rental was for a very important occasion. Extremely upset and very confused.

I was happy till I was over charged.the car was clean and worked as expected.I got my bill and was charged for checking it in late when it was checked in on time. Im tired of always having to correct businesses for their mistakes.

Months ago, I booked a van large enough for eight people for a tour of Napa Valley on Tuesday. We got a call Monday morning informing us that the van had been sold the previous Saturday, and they had no other vehicles large enough to take our entire party. We ended up having to take our own vehicles. At least we saved $100.

The service was excellent with a personal touch. Small company and easy to get in and out.I’m not sure how you could be better, but there is always room for improvement. Let me just add. As a small company, the workers have to multitask. When your agent has to clean car and handle your paper, that means a great employee. You might have to wait for your car as they have to prepare the car. Even though the staff was multitasking they all gave great service.

Pickup and drop off were great; however, I for got to fuel up and it cost me $131.00 for a 1/2 a tank of gas. Can you help me with this loss?What ever you do don't forget to fill the fuel tank, it will cost you ten times the amount to fill if the agency has to do it.

Worst costumer serviceNothingI made a reservation for 5 pm for a location but even though i got the confirmation # they closed before i got there. On phone I've been told to go to airport location cuz the car is ready for me. Over there the guy didn't want to give me any car saying he doesn't have. After 1h fighting he gave me a smaller car for a bigger price. Just beautiful

The price they quote is the price you pay. In, out and you are done. Return was easy as well.Wrong windshield wipers were installed. Had to pay for new ones. Made it inconvenient to resolve issue.
