You get a very clean and cosy room that is (I would say) nicer than your average US motel room. The hotel is also in a good location within red rock canyon and the hosts are helpful and nice. Clear recommendation!
It's a bit pricy that that's probably the level in Sedona.
Very deceptive place to stay. At first you think what the heck is this, it isn't the run of the mill accommodation, it's very comfortable and exceptionally quiet - great value!
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent for access to Bell Rock and other hiking trails, and it's in a quieter part of town. For a basic stay, it's a good value if you don't need many amenities.
The room is clean, but dark, and the walls are very thin....so you can hear other lodgers. The refrigerator had a high-pitched noise so unplugging it was the best, but not great, solution. The hotel is still under construction despite the website announcement of completion in November 2019. Parking is in a large, busy commercial parking lot.
Owners are wonderful! Very clean and great location. You can hike directly from the hotel on several trail.
Great location less than 2 minutes from the Bell Rock trailhead. Ample free parking. Provided in the room with a make-up cloth and one for muddy shoes, which was a nice touch. Quick and easy check-in and out.
Construction was a bit loud during the day, but was forewarned by the property about this, as they are expanding. WiFi connection and speed wasn't great, reverted to my mobile LTE instead.
