Pros: Manager was very nice, room was clean.
Cons: Employee's bring there dogs to work and they can be loud, several dogs on the property when we stayed. No water in the morning, the entire hotel was without water. No breakfast due to no water
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to cottage apt at no charge for over booking, which was nice. Went for the Mother Road experience. Located right by cute Route 66 businesses. Owner/manager nice and personable. Fun experience.
Cons: Breakfast was lacking. Really only breads and coffee. Could use some fruit and cereal. No coffee maker/supplies in room.
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: Immigrant staff/owners ignorant of US Law. Veteran traveling with a service dog was denied a rom at this property and moved to alternate property down the street. As too tired to argue. Alternate property near railroad track with constant traffic. DO NOT book/stay at this hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The motel is small but it has this typical american motel character that we were looking for. However at the night was a bit of a snow storm and it was freezing, the heater inside the room really struggled to keep up. Next door is the black cat, nice little bar and awesomely cheap drinks and good music. Can recommend it for a night or two on the historical route 66
Cons: nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
6.5 Good
Pros: Basic room, clean, comfortable
Cons: Very little choice in the area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service. We were going to be late to our reservation check in time and Kim was able to accommodate our super late check in request. She went above and beyond and turned the heater on for us. Our room was nice and cozy when we arrived.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Sure its a small roadside motel - and you don't expect luxury - but the staff/owner was terrific and the room was clean. I felt safe the entire time.
Cons: Nothing really. A little old but that's what you have to expect.
7.7 Good
Pros: Lots of restaurants nearby. Some of the staff try to be very helpful
Cons: Breakfast was poor. Bed uncomfortable and super tiny.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Expedia booked me for the wrong dates, all my other bookings made through hotels.com and other sites were for dates in Dec when i actually wanted to visit however this was made for July and i had no clue. The hotel called at 1:35 AM on 7/6 to enquire if i was coming!!
6.0 Good
Pros: The Supai Motel is a very clean place and is easy to find. The staff is friendly and the rates are good. The lamps and TV worked great, as did the heater. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator, which also worked well.
Cons: The room is not very modern or kept up to date. To floor is wavy. But for a clean place to sleep, it was great!
7.0 Good
Cons: Wish the breakfast started earlier for early risers, even if it was just a fruit basket. We were only there for one night and left by 630am so we were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast.

6.0 Good
Pros: Owner was super nice and location was great. Room had lots of space

7.0 Good
Pros: Room was fine. Location excellent - we liked everything about Seligman.
Cons: No heat in room. In March, room was cold at night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: First off, we were unexpectedly accommodated at a secondary location (right next to this one) so this review refers to the secondary one. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equiped. The location is directly on Route 66 so sou could hardly wish for something more while on the road.
Cons: I think it was not polite that we found out about a problem at the originally booked property (no hot water) only when we got there. We were also not offered any compensation for it.
1.0 Poor
Pros: No water toilet and shower did not work. Owner left a sign on the window like they could not be bothered by us
7.0 Good
Pros: Very accessible and room was exceptionally large. Had a fridge and microwave. Decent hotel for the price we paid.
Cons: We arrived around 9:30 PM and everything was closed. If you will be getting there after 9 then eat before you get there. Very old hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Noise and lack of support to quite noise from staff...let motorcycles idle outside room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Even though we arrived late, we could check in without any problem - we only had to call. The guy who gave us the keys gave us also some tips about the surroundings and places to go. The room was spacious and clean. There was a microwave, hair dryer, fridge and tv. We really appreciated 66 route style photos inside.
Cons: It was quite cold at night, but the heater was so noisy that we had to turn it off. Unfortunately breakfasts were not available.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nicely decorated, satellite TV and heater/AC functioned perfectly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the cutest little place to stay with a very friendly staff.
Cons: No shampoo or conditioner in our room.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: one room was clean and fine.
Cons: The second room had a backed up toilet with things floating in it. The lady tried to plunge it. It did not help. 3 of our party stayed in the room as there was no others. No offer of a discount or anything. Terry

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff, both at the motel and the adjacent diner. Had a lovely stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a rare, authentic, motel gem. Complete with "themed" rooms, mismatched thrift furniture, on-site bar and restaurant, road weary characters and all the roadside charm you've been looking for, but unable to find, on your Route 66 road trip. Rad!
Cons: Nope, it was exactly inexperience i was hoping for. It's more than a motel, it's a memory! The road goes on forever and the party never ends...
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. The room and staff were horrible.
Cons: Dirty, NASTY place, smelled like urine and smoke. Rude staff that lies. BUGS. You pay a resort fee for nothing. BEWARE!!! What you see in pictures is NOT what you get. Fraudulent place.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Marines themed room was spectacular and humbling. The attention to detail is very impressive. Staff were very accommodating especially at the Pizza Joint. Beautiful setting and a great place to take a morning walk. A nice slice of nostalgia keeping alive the spirit of Route 66.
Cons: The cable tv selection was very limited and the internet was temporarily down.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was awesome !!!
Cons: The beds had springs poking into your back. Needed to sleep on the edge Of the bed. The train tracks are right behind the hotel. It has a train come by about ever ten to twenty minutes.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Pizza place attached
Cons: TV wasn't working, hardly any sound.only 4 channels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No way to describe the WELCOME HOME feel from the staff. A fun place to stay on Route 66. During the afternoon rainstorm, most guests sat on the porch in the chairs and enjoyed nature's show.
Cons: No. We weren't looking for luxury accommodations, but a unique Route 66 experience. We loved it all!
1.0 Poor
Cons: I reserved the king room. Website stated pet friendly. When I arrived I was told no pets in that particular room. I was given a double queen room. The blankets were covered in pet hair. Long white hair. Ok. I was given another room. Single queen. The bathroom sink clogged immediately, the toilet quit flushing, the heater barely worked and best of all was a freight train passes directly behind the inn at least every half hour ALL NIGHT LONG. I reserved a room from the reviews. It was nothing like it was described. When I asked the clerk about any refund, he only waived the pet fees which i didn't even know there were. Hopefully this helps your decision.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We enjoy staying in older places and decided to give this a chance based on others reviews of the friendly staff and cleanliness. Upon arrival, we immediately figured out that the staff must have been having a bad day. Regardless, we took the key to our room (I think it was 111) and when we walked into the room, an off smell greeted us. We always check the bed and the bathroom. Bed was as old (& as uncomfortable) as the hotel as were the thin little dirty comforter. Bathroom was filthy with feces smeared in the toilet and urine on the seat, something red on the back of the toilet and the sink was dirty (clearly someone else had a bad day too!). The rug in the bathroom was unspeakable. upon further looking around the room, I did not want to walk on the carpeting with my shoes much less barefoot at night. We did ask for and received a refund of our money and drove a little over an hour to get to the next town where we found a clean hotel with very friendly and helpful (recommended a wonderful eatery) staff. Although the train tracks are right in the backyard that would be ok if the place was cared for/clean as they cannot blow the whistles thru any towns. It is sad to see what was once probably a great motel in such a sad state of uncare. With a little, ok a lot, of love and hard work (Scrubbing, Washing and a Superpower vacuum) and the update of beds/linens it is easy to see that this could really be a wonderful place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Super unique, great customer service. Clean & interesting.
7.0 Good
Pros: Classic Route 66 Motel
Cons: Everything was as clean as it could be, but there were some stains on the chair. This is to be expected with an old motel like this.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Merlin’s theme room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable!! I certainly recommend it for couples! The owners was great persons! Thank you so much!!!Love Route 66!!!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, even under the extreme weight of COVID-19. The room was super clean, although small. It was a basic and clean room for a night during traveling. The best place for the money in town!
Cons: I thought it was a little overpriced for what it was--a basic room.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location. Located directly on Route 66. Only 1.5 hours to the Grand Canyon South Rim. Very nice hosts, great coffee in the morning!
Cons: The bathroom was most likely in need of renovation. A closed shower cubicle would be helpful. But sufficient and overall clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Basic but clean accommodation, perfect for a one night stay in Seligman. Very good value for money.
Cons: The only improvement I see is to provide shampoo in addition to soap.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Hard, uncomfortable bed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the place was easy to find.
Cons: The room was freezing and took several hours to warm up. I asked for more blankets, and the front desk made me go get them in 17* weather. Would have been nice if he had brought them to me. Also, he asked for everything in cash, which seemed a little shady.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The price was appropriate. The location was accessible.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I was there just one night. It was really clean and the staff was pretty nice. Easy parking. If I would have to go back I would repeat for sure there.
Cons: The heater made some noise, nothing crazy, but it was there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady who manages the grounds
Cons: Make a restaurant so we don't have to eat with ELK!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cheap price, right off the highway.
Cons: Old and dirty, room looked like it hadn't been updated in over 20 years.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: We showed up at 10pm to check in. We had 2 rooms reserved. Both rooms were still dirty and we had to wait almost a hour for them to get it cleaned. The heater in one of the rooms didn't work neither did the light in the bathroom. The power strip also had a short in it. We had to put one of the light next to the bed into the bathroom so we had a light in it. The microwave didn't work. The manager was a joke. She didn't seem to care at all. Did not apologize once. The lady cleaning the rooms keep apologizing. She said she had been at the dentist getting work done and the other lady who was supposed to clean the rooms didn't finish.
4.5 Okay
Pros: We were only there for 8hrs or less, just to sleep before hiking the Grand Canyon.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room was too cold, small heater couldn't helped...bed was uncomfortable...water not draining in bathtub.
