Pros: Very pretty inside. Professional, courteous staff. Very quiet, comfortable room, no noise from the radiator (unlike last hotel stayed in), great shower pressure (unlike last hotel stayed in), free breakfast. And great price for the room.

Cons: Nothing - all very good.
Pros: Liked everything about this HI.
Cons: Breakfast was fantastic. The coffee at the lobby was always fresh.
Pros: the staff, the location, the pool the rooms, everything!
Cons: This may be something booking.com is doing and not the hotel. But, for some reason, when I check in, the staff tells me that I have a room for people with disabilities. During the entire reservation with booking.com, there is no such request, nor I expect to get a room prepared for disable individuals. I will try to find out why is happening. it is not the first time either. i am so glad that the hotels have been accommodating and switch us to the proper rooms.
Pros: Everything was great

Cons: washer machine not working

Pros: The staff was friendly, their were options as far as direct tv/YouTube/Netflix
Cons: We requested a linen change/room cleaning. We left the hotel for several hrs, only to return and the room had not been cleaned. We called front desk and was told there was a delay in check outs so housekeeping was behind. Someone did come and change the linens/clean a little. She was friendly. We had family who was on the same floor as us and their room wasn't cleaned at all.
Pros: Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. Winteer was excellent , solving all our tech problems. She was a delight to work with , excellent tech support. Breakfast was hot and healthy, wide selection. Pool was nice as was hot tub. Quiet and relaxing. Nice location. Easy to get to ever where we wanted to go.
Cons: Bed sheets could have been changed everyday instead of every three days.
Pros: The bed was great. The shower was amazing! Very clean. Just wish the fridge was a little bigger. Like dorm size. The staff was excellent. Jacquelin was also very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The fridge could b bigger
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Clean with very friendly staff.
Cons: The humidifier in gym was full of water and not running. Gym is very humid.
Pros: Completely comfortable. Breakfast was fine and fresh, coffee very good, we felt welcomed after our long drive.
Pros: The bed and shower
Cons: Breakfast too early.
Cons: Parking. Very confusing
Pros: The breakfast selection was good though some items were low or temporarily unavailable. Did not see anyone around re-filling items.
Pros: Spacious and super clean room. The Wifi was effective throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were great given the price.
Pros: The hotel was clean and the rooms were really nice. It was set just enough away from the busy roads that it felt calm and safe. Checking in and out was super easy and smooth. They had a nice patio too. I liked the hotel.
Cons: I did not like the bed comfort. The mattresses were firm, and I had the hardest time sleeping. Also the king rooms do not have a couch. In the images for the king room, one of the pictures shows a couch/lounge area in the room. Its inaccurately shown
Pros: Pool patio
Pros: Booked a KIng but got a Double Queen. Pillows were wrinkled and smelled strongly of perfume from previous guests.
With a stay at Stroudsmoor Country Inn in Stroudsburg, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of East Stroudsburg University and Sherman Theater. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and ATM/banking services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: This is a beautiful country inn. The inn, cottages , and grounds were pristine. Staff was nice. I stayed in cottage #38 which has a porch that looks over a serene wooded area. I arrived near dusk and as I came onto the porch of my cottage, five doe were just below in the open woods. I sat on the porch and watched the sun set. Very peaceful. The cottage I was in had a shared porch with the adjoining cottage, put no one was there most of the evening. The cottage was very nice, impeccably clean, great heater when the evening turned chilly. Wifi worked, but slow. If I went bak I would stay in the cottage again.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a small coffee/tea maker in the cottage (like hotels have) or a small microwave. Had to go to the main inn to get a cup of tea. Also, as other reviewers mentioned, the walls are paper thin. The couple that had the adjoining cottage came in around 11pm and were only talking to each other but I could just about hear everything. Had they been a rowdy bunch it would have very much detracted from my stay. They finally stopped talking by midnight and it was quiet again.
Pros: The setting and accomadation.
Pros: It was like a little getaway - remote and private.
Pros: Amazing rooms.
Cons: Was all a bit dark.
Cons: Room was musty with a dehumidifier in room so it apparently z a problem, bedding was musty, vertical blind missing a panel, mini blind broken in bathroom, definitely needs updating, too expensive for quality of room, it felt more like a camp instead of a resort, we did not get the room requested @ time of booking-very unsatisfied-staff did not seem too interested when we complained-I feel we should have received a discount-
Pros: I loved just about everything about place it felt like home away from home so to speak the is well maintained and clean the property is beautiful I would definitely come back here
Cons: I wish breakfast was a little later sometimes we like to sleep in that’s my only complaint but really no big deal this place fantastic!
Pros: The breakfasts, the grounds, our room location was great. The lounge had great food.
Cons: Bathroom was incredibly tiny, no counter space and the door did not close. Room 46
Pros: On site restaurant was wonderful. Full breakfast included where you got sitted and waited on. Attended a wedding at one of their venues which couldn't have been more lovely. Staff, food, venue was awesome!
Cons: Stayed in the main hotel ... although it had the charm of an older dwelling, it also came with small rooms, thin walls, old plumbing, narrow hallways, and window AC units.
Pros: Romantic, cozy and exceptionally clean, restaurant on premises and food amazing!
Pros: Good bar serving excellent coctails.
Cons: Warm buffet is by far not the quality you would expect at this location. Same for breakfast. Staff behaves more like in an exclusive top notch hotel, which the Stroudsmoor is not.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was extravagant, the Friday evening Seafood buffet was amazing

Pros: Staff are very friendly and efficient..Very clean and so quiet..
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the kitchen was perfect.
Cons: The sofa in my room was very old and worn. It was so low it was like sitting on the floor. I also didn't like using plastic utensils at breakfast.

Cons: Pool was not available and they couldn't tell us when we could use it. The kids and us left disappointed.

Pros: Pools. Mini golf. Staffed activities through the day. Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable accommodations. Location was a short drive to many attractions.
Cons: Feeling pressured to sit through a vacation rental sales pitch from Wyndam and one of the sales people was extremely rude. Also, I called the concierge to restock laundry detergent and they never sent it. I had to go down to the front desk to get it myself the next day and when I called for more bath towels and wash clothes they sent paper towels and kitchen dish towels!
Pros: I loved the villa's layout and location. Everything was clean and it felt like home, but better. The staff was very welcoming, and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool as well as the mini golf and arcade. We will be returning during the fall and winter!
Cons: I can't find anything to dislike.
Pros: Beautiful place Clean and quiet
Cons: Everything was awesome
Pros: View is good, cozy living room and kitchen is spacious!
Cons: The bathroom of 2nd bedroom upstairs is too small. And the water pressure is way too low. It took me a while to wash my long hair....besides that, everything is perfect!
Pros: private, spacious, fireplace, also has a hot tub.
Cons: spiders in the corners, tv remotes didnt work, some tvs are old and outdated, telephone didnt work
Pros: Every this was great
Pros: Everything about the property...
Cons: The only thing was the TV i couldn’t go on YouTube to watch movie...
Pros: The spacious accomodations. The price your site offered was great.
Pros: Spacious and comfy. Was great for a family. Also, fabulous value! So comfortable and staff was so nice.
Cons: No tissues and no housekeeping during the stay.
Pros: my kids loved it so much they want to go back
Cons: we didnt dislike anything
Pros: Overall location, amenities, activities, picnic area, indoor and outdoor pool, cleanliness and staff. A+ rating we enjoy ourselves.
Pros: Well run and well maintained. Close and convenient to the Inn hosting our conference. Comfortably appointed.
Cons: I liked everything.
Pros: The setting of the resort and the location of apartments throughout the woodlands makes it ideal for a peaceful and relaxing break.
Cons: The apartments do need a little upgrading - acceptable as they are - but could easily generate a wow factor with some attention to detail.
Cons: Game arcade should have been all free, like it was presented in the brochyre

Pros: Customer service was excellent. We checked in and Keana was definitely the best front desk employee. We were traveling with 3 children and needed an extra room. She did her best to get us a room on the same floor and across the hall. Breakfast was great for the kids and Shirley (another employee) took her time to sit with our 4 year old granddaughter and had a very nice conversation with her.. She thought that she was there alone. I was getting coffee and bagel and also helping the other 2 with their breakfast. That was very nice. Will definitely be back soon. Preatty hard to find a place with wonderful employees.
Cons: Not really a bad thing. Little things like exhaust fan in the bathroom and towels in the pool. The towel bin was empty.
Pros: Convenient location, just a short walk to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Was undergoing renovations, we could have lived without the sounds of jack hammers below your room early each morning.
Pros: Accommodating staff who went out of their way, one even coming to the room to plug in my husband's sleep apnea machine. Friendly staff. Laundry room available.
Cons: Renovation in progress, room less than finished: no soap holder in shower, no towel racks for bath towels, plugs tight, paint splatters and slight paint odor, closet door stuck shut, etc.
Cons: There was construction going on in the hotel.
Pros: Very quiet, comfy beds. Breakfast good with reasonable selections.
Pros: Clean room and good breakfast. Highly recommend!
Pros: Location, friendliness of the staff, accommodation of the staff in managing our luggage
Pros: Close to the center
Cons: Pool was closed. A little bit old
Pros: Bed and pillows were comfy.
Cons: Pull out couch mattress need replaced
Pros: Flat had three bedrooms although advertised as having two bedrooms
Cons: Internet cut out three times (out of credit) and electricity once (out of credit). Small insects in one of the bathrooms.
Pros: Great location. Lovely staff, complimentary breakfast was a great surprise.
Cons: The hotel in the middle of a refurb at present. The bathroom in our room was in need of refreshing but I’m sure that will all be finished soon
Pros: The staff reaction when I annouced that the room proposed was already occupied
Cons: Wellcome not Really enthousiastic
Pros: The staff is excellent!!!! So nice and helpful at desk and breakfast!! Pillows are good (where do you get them?) and beds are comfy.
Cons: We stayed here once on way and once coming back (two days apart). First time, room smelled musty and air was humid (beds were wet feeling it was so humid). But other than that, it was fine. On this last stay, the dresser was somewhat broken up and fridge and microwave were outside the cabinet. Wallpaper was peeling a bit. Again, it was musty and humid. Both stays, the toilet paper stuck. It was so hard to unroll and even hard to take off holder in order to get some. This last stay, the holder was rigged with some colored wire. On our floor, by the elevators about 5 big garage bags stayed there in the hall our whole stay.
Pros: I liked this facility, the continental breakfast was great everyday.. the waitress were very personable & nice. They made you feel comfortable & at home. Host & hostess were very nice as well.
Cons: I only had a small issue with housekeeping but that was resolved quickly
Pros: Breakfast was great and excellent staff very helpful.
Cons: Line by breakfast was long around 830 a.m. have to come down earlier the next day..
Cons: Breakfast line took forever.. By the time we got our turn half of the food trays were empty.
Pros: Maria and Tracy ,the ladies that run the breakfast are angels, very warm, welcoming and sweet.I would consider going back there only because of them,
Cons: The fact that my floor wasn’t vacuumed during my all stay despite the fact that the installation of the carpet was done the day after I checked in.And the pool was dirty, you could see insect and stuff floating in the water
Pros: The room was very clean, comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed using the swimming pool. Thank you for a great stay.
Pros: Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was awesome and delicious and ready early since I had to be up early.
Cons: Parking could be better. Came in late nights and close parking was taken by worker trucks. So I had to carry sleepy kids a distance to the door. The last two nights my room was not cleaned.
Cons: I wished I could be writing a good positive review, but unfortunately, due to my terrible stay at Holiday Inn Express Stroudsburg, I cannot. As soon as we entered our room, I immediately smelled a strong odor of mildew. I went back down to the front desk
Pros: We enjoyedour stay
Cons: Room was in need of repair, bathroom was questionably clean. Pool area was run down, rusty and the hot tub was boarded up.
Pros: The pool and rooms...
Cons: Nothing really.. and daily breakfast should be given...
The Super 8 in East Stroudsburg is located at Exit 308 off I-80. We are close to Camelbeach Mountain/Water Park. On your way, why not stop at the Crossings Factory Outlets. Within a few miles you can be strolling the trails of Bushkill Falls or take a hike on the Appalachian Trail. Why not take a scenic ride on the Water Gap Trolley. The Delaware River is only 3 miles from the Super 8 with a number of canoe rental shops. We are also within a few miles to the East Stroudsburg University and the Lehigh Valley Health Network-Pocono. Please contact the motel directly with any special needs you may need to have accommodated. You must be 21 or older to rent a room.
Pros: Nice staff; pet friendly.
Cons: Needs a bit of updating.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: There wasn’t anything in particular. It was a good experience
Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: A few stairs to drag luggage up and down, but not awful.
Pros: Location. Easy access to the highway.
Cons: The lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana. Front desk staff not very friendly.
Pros: Everyone here is very nice. The place is clean and well kept. Very close to I-80. Easy to get to. Close to many things to do. I would stay here again.
Cons: Really no complaints
Pros: Nothing the room was like a cheap motel There was even holes in the carpet hope they don’t have bet bugs
Cons: I was not really happy with this place
Cons: Our bathroom floor had not been cleaned, nor had the rug been vacuumed before we checked in. There was a loud party with excessive marijuana smell lingering in the hall on our second night there. I personally had to go out to the hall to spray deodorizer as the smell was making me nauseated. While a breakfast is indeed offered, it consists of all carbohydrates, such as muffins and waffles. Unfortunately there were no other options, such as an egg or a piece of fruit for those like myself or husband with health issues. No worries, there are restaurants close by! I could not easily "recommend" the hotel, however it is very inexpensive and you do get what you pay for, a comfortable bed and a location close to a lot of places.
Pros: The staff is very nice
Pros: great price/clean place
Pros: Location was convenient. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was strong smoke smells in hallway that drifted into room. Breakfast was not worth it ( standing in lines that wrap around room/tables with people trying to eat ).
Pros: The location & the peace & quietness
Cons: The mattress was horrible back is killing me
Pros: Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Beds were super hard and wasn’t the cleanest place

Pros: I accidentally booked a smoking room but was able to switch to a non smoking room for an extra $15
Cons: AC didn't work well and made weird noises.
Cons: pillows and toilet paper was not changed after previous guest
Pros: Housekeeping, breakfast and front desk staff friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Pros: The bed was great.
Cons: Only thing was the a/c took a while to cool the room.
Pros: It is convenient to the highway and the conference
Cons: An elevator. Lugging suitcases up 2 floors with a bad knee was not fun
Pros: The staffon the whole happy
Cons: The room needs upgrading, especially bathroom. The beds were very badly made
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Upon registration we did not have an option to pick a room type. They assigned us a smoking room, and charged us an upgrade fee to have a non-smoking room. Mediocre hotel overall. Most likely would not book it again.
Cons: Room was musty. Front desk staff were not friendly at all. First time I have ever had a room with only one queen bed. Normally 2 queens or a one king. Was very small room for 2. Hotel in desperate need of an update.
Pros: Breakfast Kitchen and bar staff were very friendly.
Cons: Construction workers staying at the hotel drinking in the parking lot during the early - mid evening . Bathroom was still dirty when we first checked in
Pros: Its a tipical overnight hotel which for the price is ok, I liked that there was a cheap washing opportunity as we stayed ther for 3 weeks. There was enough parking and for the quality of the hotel breakfeast was good.
Cons: The room cleaning was not very good, very fast and the bathroom they diddnt clean good.
Pros: The pancakes were delicious. Nice stay in a comfy bed.
Pros: Location was perfect (easy to get to all the sights we wanted to go to)
When you stay at Pocono Palace Resort in East Stroudsburg, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 15-minute drive of Shawnee Mountain Ski Area and Bushkill Falls. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Event facilities at this resort consist of conference space and a meeting room. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: 3 nights must have meal automatically
Pros: They did give us meal vouchers for dinner 1 night for the pool issue.
Cons: 1st room 304, pool filled with algae. 2nd room, 311 big pile of something in pool. 3rd room, 330 pool was ok. But couldn't enjoy after seeing others. Room was NOT cool. Old resort in great need of updates and not just a coat of paint! Would never stay again. No grounds upkeep, looked like an over grown forgotten hotel where the Fanatasy suites were. Trash all over too. No one cares. When they lost the Caesars name it was all down hill.
Pros: The only thing that we liked was the robot by the lake everything else was not satisfied the bed was very uncomfortable and the room needs a lot of improvements
Cons: The food could have been better at the dining area the jacuzzi and the swimming pool in the room could also have been better the bathroom shower door fell off my wife almost got hurt. The whole room needs a big makeover.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room was large but the facility is pretty rundown (stuck in the 80s). Also, if you get a room in the main building you won’t be able to sleep until the music/DJ/entertainment ends because the walls are paper thin. We had a great time overall but we aren’t picky people. The activities are what you make them, don’t expect instructions or help.
Pros: I liked that there were no children running around. It was quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Didn’t like that people were smoking everywhere outside. Just felt like when we were walking around we were constantly walking through a cloud of smoke.
Pros: No kids. The location was beautiful. The engineering department staff were great resolving my bed issue.
Cons: Bed was miserable. Front desk staff difficult to deal with trying to resolve it. The rooms were dated but clean.
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Resort is very small that Even it does not feel like I’m staying in a resort and there was nothing to do actually. We booked it for one day and it costed us 234$ which is pretty expensive according to the service they provide! There was nothing much to do except sleeping in the bed and use jacuzzi which is also very ridiculous because some dirty water came from jacuzzi and we had itching in our body. Omg! We thought to complaints but we were sooo upset that we didn’t want to bother ourselves anymore to do complaints to the authority. It was sooo far worst experience!!!! I warn people not to go there! And don’t be bluffed by their pictures!!! In real it doesn’t worth a penny!!!
Pros: Amazing atmosphere great for a getaway
Pros: The rooms were great
Cons: The room was not ready when we arrived
Pros: The activities they provided.
Cons: The rooms need a major renovation, property look really old.
Pros: The bed was nice. Pool was clean.
Cons: Stay did not include meals. For the cost it should have. Food was buffet style and not much variety breakfast and dinner did both once and we went into town for dinner and breakfast. The club/lounge sound can be heard I’m the bedroom. It for those who want to get to bed early. The beach was a lake. The lake was dirty and there were dead fish floating in the lake.
Pros: The activities they had on site, the heart shaped pool and outdoor pool was nice. The rooms did look like the pictures but they should really update the whole place
Cons: Room smelt musty mixed with an ashtray had to spray air freshener but even then every time we walked in it still smelt so musty. There was a spider in the bathroom and in the sauna. Rooms were clean but they are so old that they just don’t feel like their that clean. The champagne glass hot tub was cool but not that tall. This room was definitely not worth the $250 per night. Pulling up to the entrance the Pocono palace resort sign looked like a movie theatre sign, the curb appeal was awful. The outside of the rooms looked like a cheap motel, the little neighborhood looked like a retirement home with everyone being 65 and older. There was nothing romantic about pulling up to this place. The most romantic thing was our heart shaped pool inside the room. Not a lot of good places to eat outside of the place. All in all In was definitely an experience but not worth the price you pay for the place and we won’t be going back ever unless they tear the place down and do some major updating.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, and the place was really clean.
Pros: The fact that it was relaxing coming from the city life . The staff in vip section was nice and professional . The staff at front one in particular wasn’t . Her badge was turned around. It was an older black lady with great haur in braids. First day we check in was pleasant second had a nasty attitude she had a nerve to tell I don’t look like I have a good attitude after I decided to extend my stay . I ask her why would u say I hv a bad attitude she then said I didn’t say that I said u don’t hv a good attitude. She is supposed to provide customer service so why would she try and start an argument. I was raised to respect elders but she is in a position where she should not be picking a disagreement with a customer and kept comment to herself . She didn’t even ask how was my stay when I checked out with her.thr other issue no heat first room was cold they knew we booked room why did we hv to wait fir some to turn power on . No water fir washer machine had to call for that . After paying 700 dollars plus . The haveshould hv been ready .
Cons: See first box
Pros: The houses are very cute and homey. The kitchen is well stocked and the dishwasher works. There is a grocery store about 2 miles away, super helpful.
Cons: There were two bathrooms, both of which were downstairs. Weird layout, in my opinion.
Pros: Nice location, very relaxing on the green. We had washer and dryer, hydromassage but no dishwasher.
Cons: We had some issues like Room’s keys that didn’t work, coffee machine broken.. promptly solved by the staff. The sofa bed was really terrible, our son didn’t sleep comfortable at all. The quiet of the place was ruined by the neighbor’s a/c machine outside the windows. Thin walls, you can ear every move and talking on your head. The golf resort has different open air swimming pool but only one was open and it was very crowded. Disappointing
Pros: The room was so comfy , didn’t want to get out of bed .
Pros: Nice area good rate
Cons: Not much think it needs a upgrade, on some of the furniture etc.
Pros: The patio
Cons: The lack of toiletries
Pros: The location was great
Cons: The space was not good , I could not accommodate my family
Pros: We love it from start of the weekend until the end no complaints
Cons: No complaints
Pros: I like the fact that the mobile connection was a bit better than previous visits. The hot water and heat was immaculate.
Cons: The villa I stayed in seemed as though it hadn’t been rented in years. The toilet was loose and needs to be bolted to the ground, the ceiling seemed as it had previous water damage, the bedroom had cobwebs in the ceiling, the pillow cases were dirty, the villa had left over clothing from the previous rental.

Pros: The building and location is great, right next to the river
Cons: The rooms are in a bad state. The air conditioning wasn't working upto to the mark and it was pretty hot day. The lights/lamps were just there for display, either they weren't connected and there were no switches near by to connect. There was no night light. No welcome drinks or courtesy drinks were offered, not even a small water bottle. Water can be bought from the vending machine and on crowded days, it's out of bottles. The staff didn't seem very friendly either. The amenities were in a very poor state as well.
Pros: Lovely grounds.
Cons: We stayed in the Delaware Lodge. The room was small, very outdated, and smelled musty. Coffee at the coffee shop was not great.
Pros: This resort is a family resort which was clean and affordable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist you.
Pros: Great welcoming place
Pros: Not much
Cons: Room especially the bathroom were poor. Ac didn’t work with 33celsius temps
Cons: AC doesn’t work. Bed wasn’t really comfortable. River Room food wasn’t that great and is ridiculously priced.
Cons: Room was dirty... refrigerator...tv and shower were broken...you can't rent river equipment like advertised..breakfast advertised and a menu but you can only get overpriced buffet when you actually arrive...place is old and many areas are rundown..game room has no equipment (only 1 broken pool cue) ripped couches and smells of mildew so bad you have to leave after 15 mins
Pros: very friendly staff. Clean rooms with turn down with bedtime snack!
Cons: A large percent of the staff seemed like young seasonal employees that had trouble with questions and tasks related to amenities . I do not recommend the restaurant located with in the hotel.
Pros: Great location on the Delaware river with a fantastic view from the veranda Historic property Most of the staff were pleasant
Cons: The rooms are extremely dated and have poor layout - it could use a gut reno The facilities are dirty - masking tape on walls, ceiling stains
Pros: Nice location
Cons: The hotel very very old with smell everywhere. Totally overpriced. Rooms very small and very old. More like motel rooms definitely not hotels rooms. Very disappointed . Won’t use it again for that kind of money!
Pros: beautiful area
Cons: rooms need updating

Pros: My girlfriend and I stayed here after a few days on the Appalachian Trail and it is located close to the trail itself making it convenient for hikers.
Cons: There aren't many options in DWG itself, Wolf Hollow happened to be the most affordable. Girl at the desk was brand new and took a while getting us the room key. Rooms are very dated with old furniture and tiny tv. Early check out time (10 am) also kind of sucks. Price is a little steep for over all experience.

Cons: It was perfect.
Pros: The young man who was working at the front desk the morning we checked out was very nice.
Cons: Shower head not secured to the wall, no way to change angle of water. May not have been an issue if the shower stall was slightly larger. Wifi not consistent. Room not worth the price.
Cons: The space of the bathroom
Pros: The lady in the office was ridiculously sweet and helpful
Cons: Already used soap was in the bathroom
Pros: The Inn needs work, what with separating wallpaper and such. Could be cleaner in the corners. Bed was clean though as was the shower. A bun and a coffee if you want it for breakfast. Good location. They need hotel impossible.

Pros: The tv worked.
Cons: The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, used q tips all over stuck to the wall, a toilet that wouldn't flush, there was a sticky liquid that was all over the coffee table and the dresser. I would not recommend this place ever
Pros: It's quiet, good location to highway & family
Cons: Pool opens much to late in the morning. It would b nice to have a swim before checkout & make some use of the only amenity as an overnight guest instead of swimming right after checking in at 3, before getting ready for dinner or bedtime.
Pros: the staff was pleasant and helpful
Cons: Looked rundown; needed fresh coat of paint; carpet was dingy; room was not secure- the entrance door did not lock at once when closed from the outside. Although this was a non-smoking room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke when we entered. Housekeeping sent someone over promptly when we complained and he sprayed the room. This helped some.
Pros: The jacuzzi was amazing and it had plenty of hot water to fill it
Cons: There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, the sheets on the bed were stained up, there were hairs in the jacuzzi, sink and on the bed

Pros: The pool, gathering areas were clean, bar lounge, arcade for children, staff was courteous
Cons: Amenities were excellent. We arrived approx. 5 PM. The King room wa not ready, even though I booked a week in advance. The double room had a scent in carpet as if a pet had previously been in the room. The desk accommodated us by allowing us to check out at 12 noon instead of 11 am.

Cons: Room was clean but faint odor in carpet of perhaps someone having a pet in the room
Pros: Convenient location, very good pricing, and ready process throughout stay.
Pros: Nothing!! The place is old and in need of work.
Cons: Not a thing!
Cons: Place was absolutely filthy. Like disgustingly filthy. Pool was horrible, room smelled like cat pee and cigarettes. Bed was on wood blocks. Never again.
Pros: Nothing at all the pictures of the hotel on the site are all lies Please no one Never Ever Book There!!!! The free breakfast was in a room with bugs flying every where it was one coffee pot that was like water. You didn’t want to sit cause you can get a splitters from the tables. They only had eggs and potatoes. The cereal was in dirty containers it was Horrible. Lastly the person bringing the good out looked Disgusting. The safe was also broken in the room
Cons: I didn’t like anything about the place it was dirty ran down pool had no Chlorine the couches was tore up the mattress was stained the ceiling was dripping and they had these dirty yellow bins where they put the linen after being washed. The Restaurant had no food that was on the menu. I tried a drink from the bar it Taste like water. They had a pool table but once you put your money in all the balls didn’t come out. I went across the street to get breakfast I came to sit in the lobby which looked like the most decent spot there. I was wrong the couches was mildew and stank. I wound up standing in the heat. Also the grill area is Terrible grills are broke and dirty. This place is just Hideous. I called Kathy more than once about the reviews and my worries she assured me it was all lies. No Kathy Your The Liar Kathy Is A Liar A Real Big Liar
Pros: I will tell you that the advertising for this hotel was a lot better then the actual hotel itself. When we arrived we discovered we were not in the best part of town and the appearance of the hotel was very run down..I think there are long-term tenants here as there were some people standing outside the entryway at the back of the hotel smoking cigarettes and laughing and joking about, We did not feel very safe in this situation. After going into our room it was nice to see it actually wasn't that bad however we completely took the sheets off the corners of the beds and check to make sure there were no bed bugs as I just did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel, I would book somewhere else if I were you...
Cons: Refer to previous description of stay
Cons: It need to keep in better shape
Cons: Rooms could have been updated. The activity of people lingering around the place. Restuarant was closed not available during hours of operation. Did not feel comfortable there at all, was very eerie.
