It was terrible. The guest services staff need upgrading. They are rude. They charged me for parking even for the days we didn't have the car. Tbh all they want is your money and that's all. They are always too busy so they don't really care. Disappointing experience after paying so much for the stay.

I booked this resort 4 months in advance. I spent more than 1.6m Bonvoy points. I put in my requests for adjoining rooms, put in request for ocean view…put in a request for high floor, put in a request for late checkout as we had a 855pm flight. Of all the requests, they gave me the 27th floor out if 31. The others…nope! 1600 rooms in the hotel, and I could not get 1 room that was connected/adjoin...

Also, on the back side of the hotel, all balconies look out on parking but when opening the sliding door all you hear is the thunderous sound of numerous industrial sized air conditioners, so those balconies are useless. Staff was excellent. Location was excellent. Did...

This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly & helpful, and it’s walking distance to Waikiki Beach & lots of shopping. Highly recommend staying there, especially if its your first time going to Hawaii.

Staying in Waikiki is always noisy. There is street drama, traffic, and sirens - part of what makes it exciting. What I didn’t need was thin walls and neighbors with booming voices late into the night.

Pros (+) The bed and the view
Cons (-) Provide all listed amenities (robes and microwave were missing from our room). Fix the elevator (lines were long). Provide early check in when it is selected/requested on the app. Allow the digital key and provided room keys to work simultaneously.

Pros (+) Kids pool staff was genuinely friendly.
Cons (-) Our room fridge had leftovers from a previous guest. No daily housekeeping made it a bit tough with towels and toiletries.

Cons (-) They are in serious need of a renovation. The rooms We’re so small, out dated and such a disappointment. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
