Pros (+) Cleanliness. Excellent customer service.
Cons (-) Batteries were dead on remote and shower handle wasn’t working very well.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with updated furniture. The best part for me was the shower. At most hotels the water barely trickles out of the shower head and it takes forever to wash your hair. This shower was awesome! The water came out full force.
