Pros (+) I liked the location
Cons (-) Room had hair in the bed. It clearly wasn’t cleaned well I was uncomfortable sleeping because of this. The water took awhile to warm. I eventually left it running so I would have hot water. The shower was not functioning well, I had to hold the shower lever in order for the shower to work properly. I had a late checkout and the housekeeping staff kept knocking at my door each time I advised her of...

Bob, Oct 2018 - Marriott St. Louis West
Pros (+) Easy off & on to major highways. Meeting rooms okay.
Cons (-) No mini-fridge. Said housekeeping ran out!!! But they could move us to a double bed room with fridge - not willing to move the fridge although that is what they were doing on other rooms. $16 breakfast buffet was not worth $6. Room was too warm & then too cool without any changing of thermostat - air filter pad filthy & not changed in forever!!

Pros (+) We stayed here for a wedding (which was also here). The amenities were really standard - nothing about the room stood out as extraordinary or note-worthy. But the staff was really friendly and helpful when I left something very valuable in the room and needed it retrieved. Also the location was right in the middle of Downtown St. Louis, which was great.
Cons (-) The mattress made my back hurt! And holy parking prices! I guess that’s to be expected but it still catches you off guard to see how much it costs to park your vehicle overnight here.

Pros (+) Bed was extremely comfortable. Very nice. Good TV. Nice set up for outlets and connections for your devices.
Cons (-) No Microwave, no refrigerator, and the in hotel dining was very, very expensive. $20 for 3 blueberry pancakes and 3 slices of bacon with a water-a incl $3 tip. $20 for a cheeseburger and fries with a water - incl a $3 tip. They must think they are the Ritz Carlton.
