Pros (+) Staff was pleasant
Cons (-) There was no WiFi or tv due to recent storm. No cups in the room so I couldn’t even have water. And the rate was not discounted even though services were missing.

Pros (+) The courtyard area with fireplace was a great place to sit for breakfast and the kids absolutely loved the pool area with the water slide. The pool was the main reason we chose the hotel so I was glad that it was clean, fun and delivered excitement for the kids. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Cons (-) The room stank of mold and mildew, so much that it overpowered us when we first opened the door and I couldn’t sleep because the smell was so strong. Hotel carpets are dirty, everything was run down, poor water pressure in the bathroom, uncomfortable mattress. Basically everything about the room was dingy and dirty.

Pros (+) The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable!
Cons (-) The tv remote would not work unless you were standing right in front of the tv and when we tried to use the buttons on the tv they didn’t work either.

Pros (+) Our entire stay was great! Our kiddos enjoyed the pool, and the water was a great temperature. Our room was clean and comfortable. We traveled with friends and were able to call and get an adjoining room. The staff was very friendly. There were many breakfast options.
Cons (-) It seemed to be a slightly more busy morning for the. Breakfast crew. The amount of options were great but they ran out of a few things and the eggs were very overdone!

Pros (+) the pool was awesome, my kids really enjoyed it!
Cons (-) Our room was a little bit of a struggle. It was just ok, but the really bad issue was there was mold on our bathroom ceiling. I noticed it after we already checked in, so we just tried to avoid the bathroom. I definitely won't be rebooking here because of that.

Cons (-) Stairwell and hallways dirty with dried mud off of shoes . On the weekends the pool is packed both times I've been there. Coffee Pods and maker doesn't match.
