Amazing! The customer service was top notch. The staff at the Zagreb Sixt were incredibly helpful in getting us out as fast as possible since we had to catch a bus. We probably wouldn't have made it if it weren't for their immediate attention. We are very gracious for their help! Overall, it was a fantastic experience.Reviewed May 31 2023

Be very careful about your terms. I had purposely planned my trip around exploring Norway around Kristiansand to Trondheim, my main reason for renting a car. I found reading the conditions after rental that I was limited to 100km. It was around an hour after checking out the car. I immediately called & offered to pay for the upgrade or options as I had missed this during check out, but no avail. I would have to junk my vacation plans. Even going to nearby Trondheim left me with overage charges equally what the fee at the counter would have been for unlimited miles. What an absolute scam with no way out.Reviewed May 31 2023

We got a flat tire and they didn’t have a spare. It was a National holiday so we couldn’t get it repaired. This was greatly challenging. We had to buy train tickets to get to our destination.Reviewed May 31 2023

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Sixt and will never rent from them again. I had already paid for the car and upon arrival they tried to charge me AGAIN, but this time included a fee for being under the age of 28, which they did not tell me when I booked. I ended up renting from another car rental company that was upfront about their prices. When I tried to get refunded for the Sixt rental in person, they told me I needed to call and do it over the phone. When I called they said I couldn't do it over the phone and had to go through Kayak. When I called Kayak they said I needed to speak to Sixt to resolve this. I still have not received any sort of refund, even though I was unable to rent a car from Sixt. I DO NOT recommend renting from Sixt.Reviewed May 30 2023
