1. No joint pre hire inspection of the car 2. Car was filthy on the outside when collected 3. Car had damage to the rear drivers fender on collection that i reported on handover and yet my receipt classes it as new damage? 4. Receipt states car was dirty on return when it was returned in exactly the same condition 5. £1500 deposit not yet returned to my bank!Reviewed Jun 1 2022
