No personal circumstances consideredPros:Car was ready on time, and was clean and had less than 5000km on the clockCons:We landed, had a long wait to get through airport security and went straight to the Sixt desk. There we were told only after being issued with the receipt for the car, that we were being charged an additional charge because we had arrived to collect the car at 0h07. which they charge at an additional fee!!!. Also found out that we only had 400km mileage included. This was surprising as on the kayak website it did not state that, but as soon as we booked it, the confirmation came stating that we had 400km, and if we wanted to cancel we would have to pay an admin fee. we did challenge this, but were told to contact the main office, during office hours for complaints. I chose Sixt because of it being a reputed company, but was not pleased with the outcome. To add to this still had an argument with my partner on why I had hired from such a company that provided no personal understanding, and were just like computers comply only with there internal protocol.Reviewed May 30 2017
