Book Sixt car rentals in Kuwait City

Pros: Staff friendly but the amount you hold is too much! my car rental was KD 156 and the amount was held is KD 350 on top of the KD 156! they also told me that the KD 350 will be held for 2 weeks after I return the car which is ridiculous! They gave me a red car which is was a shock for me!

Cons: - The held amount should be less than the double, you have the credit card details, you can take whatever you need for fines from the credit card directly without holding this much. - Notify the customer with the car made and color before pick up.

Cons: There is no sixt rental in the new airport and i could get it

I paid & chose chevrolet tahoe but I received chevrolet trailblazer

Cons: I paid & chose chevrolet tahoe but you sent to Sixt that i orderd chevrolet trailblazer . If i wanted trailblazer I would have chosen it from your website you can’t force the car on us after payment i faced a problem because of the car size

Cons: Hello Kayak, the number of reservations of the type of car Tahoe upon receipt of the car reported that the type of car is different from the one existing in the company system and asked me to pay extra 50 Kuwaiti dinars so that I can receive the same car that I booked through the site Kayak and I paid the amount and took the car by 50 dinars Kuwaiti so I demand the company to refund the amount. Wrong description of car

Pros: The staff were friendly but due to system the couldn't help

Cons: When I booked I booked for Chevrolet Tahoe or equivalent but unfortunately when I reached to the desk they told me I booked Chevrolet Traiblazer which is much smaller for my family than Taho. I had to pay more than double what I already paid to upgrade to Yukon as Tahoe wasn't available.

There is no Sixt in Terminal 2 as promised

Cons: There was no counter in Terminal 2. There is NO shuttle to terminal 1, only taxi options. I used a different rental car and now Holiday Autos will not give me a refund. Their web site showed Sixt in Terminal 2 and this is why I booked it. Can you help me to get a refund? Thank you, Eric Miller

Booked vehicle was not given

Cons: I booked the car showing Toyota Rav 4, best deal. After making the payment, when the confimation came, it changed to KIA Soul, which was a much smaller vehicle. Hotline number in kuwait was not reachable, while trying to schedule vehicle return.

Never again!!

Cons: Everything!!! The insurance was kind of a scam!! Getting charged extra days and all that useless stuff

Not as I expected

Pros: New car

Cons: The car was different than I expected , They charge me or block extra for about 900$ just in case if there any damages with a car and I didn't know that when I made the booking i had endurance for 3 days , but they were asking to charge extra. They charge me also about 50$ for the half tank for fuel, and I know the price for this is much cheaper and they didn't say in the beginning that I have to pay for that. I will never book again from kayak
