Pickup took almost 90 minutes because a person in front of us was having issues and held up the line for at least 70 minutes (I'm not sure when they actually arrived) and the agent wouldn't assist other people. Car return area was not clearly marked like other rental services, and was not communicated to us. Office was closed on the day we returned the car.Reviewed Sep 25 2022

Nice car but I wouldn't book with Sixt again.Pros:The car. It was nice and clean and easy to drive.Cons:The fact that we were limited to only 300km which really restricted where we could go and what we could see. Also what really annoyed me was that I arrived late due to flights delayed so I asked weather I could return the car later and was told no because it was booked out at 13:00 that day which is fair enough. But to my disbelief I walked past where I had dropped the car off at 14:00 and the car was still there. I really don't appreciate being lied to by the customer facing staff and would never use them again because of this.Reviewed Feb 13 2018

Quick rentalPros:help @ rental counter - provided useful information.Cons:No one available at drop off. For a city the size of Tromso and an airport with heavy traffic, not having an office open on Sunday is unusual. It was unclear why there was a large advertisement for a company or something on the doors of the car - should have gotten a discount for double use of the car!Reviewed Sep 5 2016
