The car was good and very clean. When picking up and dropping off the car, it took a few minutes for someone to arrive.

Pros:The staff at the airport were great
Cons:The car had a radio that wouldn’t turn off - very annoying - and the engine was gutless - a Ford Fiesta- a challenge in the mountainous regions of Crete.

Cons:Upon arrival in Crete, Sixt was the only company that had closed their station. Our flight was delayed and we arrived before midnight. Once, we grabbed our luggage we hurried to the car rental area only to be told the person working the Sixt station left a couple minutes before us. All the other car rentals (enterprise, hertz, Avis, etc) were laughing when we told them Sixt had left as they checked the late arrivals and made sure to stay. Sixt automation system was not working and I had no way to contact them to rearrange. Will never book with them again.

Cons:No water in washers but they filled it up before we left.
