Pros: Close to Falls
Cons: Some of the staff didn't really know the area when inquiring about things to do, or where things were in that vicinity. Like was it safe to walk home from town at dusk?
Pros: Nice room. Great staff.
Cons: Room could have been larger for the price.
Pros: The staffs are nice and friendly, We stayed the room which has lanai, so relaxing with water fall sound. I wanted go to spa with my daughter but who is not available under 18 years old, still enjoy the bath tub in our room.
Cons: I pay more than $1,000 for 2 night, feel a little expensive for overall.
Pros: Very quiet. Loved the stay❤️
Pros: The location was great it was close to the viewing area for the waterfall.
Cons: The price was insane for what it is. It was liking staying at a motel 6 with a Broadmoor price tag. The room was dirty there was some kids rubber bands from braces on the bathroom floor and tub. As well as stains on the bathroom walls. There was also a 60 dollar charge for the complementary items in the room ....
Pros: food was good
Cons: rat trap on the patio
Pros: Great location. Loved being able to leave the balcony door open and listen to the waterfall all night. Rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable.
Pros: Staff was more than excellent, they were exceptional!!
Pros: Always great staff and fun to talk too! We attended Winemaker dinner with Long Shadows.
Cons: There was some confusion with staff as to where we would be having the dinner... however everyone QUICKLY resolved where we would dine
Pros: Beautiful room
Cons: Way too expensive.
Pros: Gorgeous room with tasteful appointments, beautiful setting, lovely and quiet atmosphere, and luxurious vibe.
Cons: In-room coffee wasn't particularly good.
Pros: Fireplace in the room, the atmosphere and the location of the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Clean room pleasant staff quiet
Cons: Mattress squeaked something awful, small room. I was overcharged and when I brought it to the desk staffs attention he said he couldn’t help and would have the manager call me. No call.
Pros: Close to interstate
Pros: There was nothing that I would normally eat.
Cons: Ice machine on the first floor. I am handicapped and unable to climb stairs.
Pros: Convenient location for visiting family, staff very friendly and informative
Cons: The room smelled like fish, outdated, bed on rollers on solid floor moved around too much, one of the beds had a mattress that squeeked every time you moved, breakfast was very minimal
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: toilet leaked, fridge freezes drinks, hard pillows
Pros: Very friendly night staff, who gave good advice and reccomendations for breakfast.
Cons: Very noisy Ice maker outside room. It would be nice with estimated times on guest laundry appliances?
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: The mattress's needed to be exchanged years ago. The bed it self slid or moved while trying to sit down on it. I could hear the person snoring in the room next to me. And it was over priced room.
Pros: It is older building, but clean and neat. Was pleasant stay.
Cons: Could use an elevator, us old farts are not great at climbing stairs - BUT - the stairs were wide and not hard to climb, just a bit slower with carrying a duffle bag.
Pros: Breakfast was not good
Cons: Location o
Pros: Ok for sleep.
Cons: The water to bath and shower was non-existent ! Front desk said “you just have to pull!” Guess at 80 we know how to operate a tap! Breakfast was a total wipeout! Nothing set out and no choices when searching fridge and cupboard ! Over priced for what we had!
Pros: Friendly staff. Easy to find.
Cons: Skimpy towels. Creaky bed.
