The staff were the nicest I have ever delt with.I would stay there again
Checked out on first night due to bed bugs.
Requested a non-smoking room but instead ended up at a smoking room. Went up to front desk requesting a change, and all I had to hear was loud no vacancy and deal with it. Would never stay again..
I found a great deal on Kayak, but it is clear why this hotel was so much cheaper than all the others. The room was filthy. There were flies and bugs in the room. The refrigerator was not plugged in when I got there so I had to wait for it to cool. The room was non-smoking but it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bathtub. One of the lamps wasn't plugged in and when I went to plug it in, there was a bunch of hair and crumbs on the floor and behind the bed. GROSS! When I went to give my son a bath, the drain cover floated up and the drain revealed a clump of hair!!!! EWWWW!!!! I gave him washcloth bath. Safety was also a concern. The deadbolt did not work on the door and you were left with only a chain. I didn't have peaceful sleep because I thought someone could just barge in at any time. Also, if anyone is staying above you, you can hear every step that they make through the ceiling. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!
The staff was very nice and we didn't have to pay that much for the room. Building is very rundown and when we arrived and went to our room it had been completely torn up for renovations. The staff was very confused and gave us the only remaining room after they went to see what we were talking about.
Staff was fine. Room was adequate.bed was good. Fairly quiet. Breakfast was OK- two kinds of cereal, eggs, bread to be toasted. Breakfast area was too small for the number of people who are using it. Not enough seats.
desk personel were good service was slow and inefficient
This place is infested with bugs. We itched the whole time we were there. They cancelled our reservation without letting us know, so when we checked in after 12 am, they told us we had no room and that they had no vacancy. Even though we managed to get a room out of them, and even though they lied initially, I regretted fighting to stay there. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
Rate was good considering influx of people in city for softball tournament. room service was a little spotty. Maybe one less wash clothe given one day and another day they took our used towels and wash cloths before we left the room in the morning and when we came back that evening, we had new towels etc. but the room had not been cleaned. The breakfast was fair at best little variety and very small space with maybe 4 small tables, 5 at most.
It was a comfortable room and the accessibility to Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City that appeared to be thirty to forty minutes away. I also enjoyed the breakfast that included fresh waffles and eggs with sausage or bacon. There were four guests and they didn't always give enough towels.
Staff was very pleasant Nothing
Okay rooms. Decent breakfast. There was no way to darken the windows in the morning as there is only one white sheer curtain on the window.
The rooms were adequate and comfortable. The bedding was clean as we inspected the mattresses before going to sleep. The free breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The walls were thin. We could hear doors slamming as people went in and out of their rooms. I could also faintly hear the TV next door.
Rooms, bathroom nice and clean, bed comfy .Really liked the breakfast bar, nice big room to eat in. The little bar area was nice too we had a late dinner there, staff was friendly and food was good especially the fries :) would stay here again. Wi fi didn't work on the 5th floor and the stairs weren't noticeable from the lobby incase you didn't want to take the elevator.
I liked the continental breakfast and large shower. The room, bathroom and hotel were very clean and staff was friendly. Its perfect if you need an overnight in the area. Its not a luxury hotel for a "weekend away" per se, but its very adequate if you just need a clean place to sleep and a good breakfast. I didnt find the bed very comfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower.
Clean. Well kept. When I woke up to someone loading food delivery into the kitchen. Very loud and way too early. Very loud.
i liked the fact the the place had a pool i could relax in after a long day of adventure in the world and the staff were very polite
If I were to stay longer than a night it had a mini fridge, a microwave, the bathroom was very clean and plenty or desk space. When the air was turned off in the room it smelled very musky, also don't walk around in socks by the end of the night they were black and damp.
beds were comfy, bathroom was clean Front desk ladies were rude and didn't want to help. Refused to give me a receipt upon checkout. Actually argued with me, when I questioned her about why I wasn't allowed to have a checkout receipt. It was very strange and unprofessional. Would never go back there.
Comfortable room. Front end manager Melanie very nice and friendly A/C unit full of mold. Bathroom sink stopper not connected. NO hot water. Was told at check in that it would be about an hour. Next morning still no hot water. Since I booked online they could not give a discount. I was told if I come back ( don't think so) I would receive a 15% discount. Not really worth it
No amenities worth price. Staff unpleasant
The hotel room was very clean. At breakfast, the waffles were a good idea, but having one cooking apparatus held up the line too long.
Nothing. It was an over priced last minute stop. Bed was comfortable. Room didn't feel the cleanest but wasn't dirty. Probably because first room wasn't cleaned that we were given. Loose toilet seats and such. Staff was helpful when original room wasn't ready when we went in so got another room. No ESPN either.
Location to our event. Hotel was clean. Rooms were typical hotel rooms Price increases day by day.. We were here for a baseball tournament. Didn't know how many days we would be there due to the double elimination bracket. Hotel wouldn't work with us in the price. It increased $50 or more per night..
The hotel is good. I would prefer better food variation for breakfast - more fruts, yogurts, etc.
It was clean. We liked that the pool was open late. It was in a somewhat rough area and seems to attract some rough clientele, mainly in the form of contractual workers.
The man up front was very polite. WOW! Where do I start, dirty, outdated and musty smelling rooms. Old 27 tube type TV that didn't work correctly. The carpets and tile floor just nasty, yellow streak running down bath room wall water stains all over the sealing, and I'm not sure if the bed linins were change. Just because a place is old it can still be nice, apparently they didn't get the memo. If it was not 1AM coming off a hard drive and already paid through Booking.com I would have went to another place.
The hotel was note very clean. The matress, pillows, and towels were all cheap. It was way overpriced.
Nothing Lights didn't work at all. Bed was scummy. Floor was gross. Blinds didn't shut . I picked up my stuff and stayed at the best western instead
I think it was very nice for the price I paid. You get what you pay for. There were 2 things I didn't like: minimal control of ac and flies in the room. Rooms need to be updated badly.
The pool was nice The furniture was old and broken , tv was outdated, the room was small. The pool chairs were old and broken.
Great Breakfast, friendly staff, place is going to be renovated next year..
Very comfortable Excellent service
It was the cheapest one I saw. All staff was extremely courteous. Great location in salisbury. Smelled old and weird in the room and lobby. Our toilet stopped working. Beds uncomfortable and unstable as if the bed frame was uneven. Breakfast is over at 9 even though checkout isn't until 11.
Smelled like cigarettes! Flies would land on us all night.
Good location. Basic economy room As with all Salisbury hotels The weekend of the Seagull century bike ride prices are about double normal rates
showers were hot and great. the Breakfast really sucked, All COLD items. very disappointed, the pool furniture was all broken, Needed to bring my own chair. Pool was only 2/3 full on water. Lobby was very musty smelling. Would not come back to this location.
Location was ideal and convenient to restaurants, stores. Not too far from Ocean City Place was older. Could use update touch up but it served its purpose
Room had been recently renovated and was nicely done. Everything was new and clean. Room was large with a nice size kitchen area.
The location was fine for my needs. The room was quiet. The mattress was very uncomfortable -- my back felt unsupported which made it difficult to sleep.I forgot a Nintendo hand-held 3DS player plugged into its charger, but when I called the next day, the cleaning crew said it wasn't there- not possible.
Friendly attentive staff that had my room ready within less than an hr after booking. They went above the standard of customer service by upgrading my room because the one I requested oversold. Rooms were clean, modern, quiet. Generous bathroom space. The only thing I can think of here was that the bagels were stale at breakfast. Everything else was fine.
Nice staff great breakfast clean rooms and upgrades
The room was VERY clean and though basic, was everything we needed for an overnight stay along our route. The owner takes pride in keeping an excellent inn and is helpful way beyond what would be expected. Highly recommended.
The room was clean and perfect for what we needed-just to sleep there and warm up leftovers for lunch. The microwave and fridge were nice to have. This is a good place to stay!

The staff. Very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The walls are too thin. We heard conversations beside us, outside the door, and from the parking lot.
Convenient, breakfast and the special promotional pancakes

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed Locate in the middle of nowhere breakfast food supply is not quick enough.
Great location! I could not receive a receipt on site.
This was a last minutes reservation. The hotel was able to accommodate a handicapped person traveling with me. The room was clean and neat. The staff was very friendly.
Great location. Nice room, clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Good free hot breakfast. Check-in and check-out smooth and effortless. We had to keep shooing flies away from our table at breakfast.
Rooms smelled like carpet freshner over a dirty carpet.
it was cleaner than most.....free breakfast was good......cleanliness of rooms is our #1 priority
Room was 85 degrees when we arrived at about 9:30 pm. Took hours to cool down. Facity is in rough shape. Molding around shower had separated, molding around bath door separating, small refrigerator leaked water in large patch at end of bed, stairwells outside are damaged. Not worth $99 per night.
Good location Water in first room, air conditioners don't work well, tub had jets that didn't work, plumbing didn't work because office area had to use the water - we ended up moving ''up'' from the queen suite to a king regular room - hair all over the floor, bugs in both rooms - simpering manager who seemed to care but didn't give a break on room rate from this nightmare - I travel here often - never again
Despite the bad review, I decide to stay here because of the price; however the place wasn?t bad at all. I found out they had renovated all the rooms 2 months ago. I had no problem with my room, plus the high speed internet was surprisingly faster than my cable at home.
We were on the road and had a very late night, and the front desk attendent provided us with EARLY breakfast at no charge. This was very much appreciated since we were exhausted and very hungry. It is not often that you find service like this a a motel. Our stay was very brief, we have no complaints and were very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding hospitality and charming conversation at the front desk.
OMG, the musty, mildew smell was so funky that we were unable to sleep. My brother had to go get Febreeze, Lysol and car deodorizer trees to try to de-funk the room. The old bathroom crevices gave all of us the shudders! The ceiling paint was peeling & the chair in the room was stained so badly, it really should have been thrown out. At one point, we had to call the manager to come fix the cable connection. He was very nice, but not nearly enough for the condition of our room. The bed and carpet was damp and funky because the air conditioner just was not cutting it. I finally turned it off because it was making more noise than anything. Speaking of noise, the people in the next room may as well have been in our room. At one point my brother had to go ask them to keep it down because they were so loud and the walls so thin. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk to get something and I told the woman there about the smell. She said it was one of the rooms that doesn't get aired out much. If only the bad smell was the problem. We did get there late, but that does not excuse the condition of the room we were given. Overall, this hotel is really rundown and because I am not used to staying in places like this, it was really exacerbated! I allow that had the smell not been so overwhelming, I could overlook the other stuff for the night. Never again! I would rather sleep in the car. I'm sure I would have rested just as well. People have commented about the breakfast being good - there is no way I would have been able to eat anything from there. Even after I showered, I still couldn't get that musty, mildew smell out of my nose/head. The photos I looked at did not resemble the room we were given.
The hotel was run down. I had a hard time getting in the door.
The desk clerk was helpful- the bed was very comfortable- the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was ready before 6am and the lady in chargeof it was friendly. I definitely will use this motel again since we make this trip often.
this hotel was stated as newly remodeled but upon arrival room was not donee dressers were broken the room 2 doors down had the window smashed out and when i asked for a refund the staff became offended and quite rude
I was comped for a free night..needed a rollaway..they charged me...tacky!! The doors are made out of wood...in the summer, they expand and are almost impossible to open and close! The water in the room is brown and smells! We found mouse droppings near our snicky-snax and had to through out.! Do noy use the bureau's (your close will smell like mildew!) The carpet's are dirty-do not walk bare footed! I did not see roaches, but i am sure they are there! The pool has had a loose railing for 2 years! Still not fixed! In order to save this hotel ,it is necessary to destroy it!
We found the hotel on the chain website. GREAT location. 15 minutes to Chincoteague. Right off Rt 13.Rooms were clean and have been remodeled. Close to restruants and stores.
Bugs in the sheets, crawling on the floor, very bad smell. Toilet seat broken. TV remote not working, but was replaced with working remote when asked for replacement. Pool not operational. Staff nice, but could not off set the poor quality of the room.
This hotel stated that it had been recently renovated. If it was, it most have only been 1 room. The room was dirty, and the overall experience was poor. I would not stay here again. The staff didn't seem to care about the quality of our stay or customer service. After the past few reviews, online travel website should seriously consider not offering this hotel as an option for consumers.
We were on a family trip to NC and we stayed here one night - myself, husband and 2 small children, along with 2 other couples and their children. Upon pulling in at 9pm, the air conditioner cover was missing front the front. No problem, probably just fell off. Once inside the room, we were met by a crib with 2 wheels missing, slanted and containing a blanket that looked like a dog chewed it. AC was too high, went to lower it and found about 10 dead flys. There was dirt/food particles behind the dresser. Upon entering the bathroom, the toiler paper rolls had about 1/4 paper on them and looked like they were just used. One of the other couples found roaches in the bathroom in the morning. Horrible experience, especially when you have small children with you. I will never trust to stay at another 'Quality' Inn again.
I loved how clean it was everything looked wonderful in the rooms. The person at the desk was very rude, I asked him a question I swore he rolled his eyes, because he didn't like the fact he had to repeat his self. Upon me leaving the counter I said to my sister he's very rude, and I wish Days Inn had some rooms, cause we wouldn't have been here. That's the way he made me feel, because of his attitude.
The renovated room was nice! Stale/smokey smell in the room. Dog barking at all hours and you can hear EVERYTHING on hardwood floors above you, bed was like a board, flat pillows, and no shower supplies available except towels.
Nice clean rooms energy efficient . Don't expect basic greetings or an inviting smile. Not sure if it was because it was late or because it was too early, (when not front desk) no English but I think they know basic greetings, or default because we are black. I work in Hospitality currently, these things just seem like they should be commonplace even if guest are uninviting or dead you lose nothing in being polite which is part of being hospitable.
