BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Man working the desk when I checked in was very nice and helpful. He got change for me for washing machine. Told me about the pool and gym membership I could get.
The staff was friendly an nice only thing I could really say Every day I had to get my room key rekeyed, needed Wi-Fi to do paperwork and to work online you advertise Wi-Fi no Wi-Fi.
The large jet tub in the room I had to check in and out 3 times. I had to re- key my room 7 times. And they miss placed my cash deposit. I had to wait for a manager to drive there before they returned my deposit
Clerk made me sign to additional charges: $3.48 utilities charge $50.00 security deposit The Clerk said it would take 2-10 days that the Security deposit would be CREDIT later...they did not do that I had to call the Hotel
the price the remote for the TV did not change channels....the internet service was not working....reasoning by staff, hit by lightning two days ago..the hot tub was out of order...I have severe arthritics and after driving 333miles I was looking forward to the tub
Housekeeping at this motel seems top notch. Everything in the room and out seemed clean Upon checking I was told there was an additional $4 'utility fee.' This is flat-out bullshit. I had no desire to stay in Snowflake, specifically, but drove a bit out of my way for the price. Plus, TV didn't work in first room. Wifi never worked
It was located near where I was. Booking was changed in middle of attempt taking away the cheaper non smoking room. The room was gross and filthy and stunk. The hotel advertises free TV and internet, there was no working TV and no internet at all. Overall this experience stunk.
The room was clean enough and had a flat screen TV that allowed the use of an HDMI cable. There was WIFI and ethernet (cabled) at no extra cost. The grounds were unkempt. Weeds and plants growing from every crack and crevice. To register one must walk down the street to a 'cafe' Where the manager (?) took my credit card and issued a key card that did not work.The A/C was very loud.
The cleanliness and the people. I guess this is the slow time of year and the Restaurant doesn't open on Monday.
Near as I could tell, I was the only guest. No other cars ever pulled in. That was weird. But it was safe... and quiet. I think the actual motel is an afterthought. The owners actually own a Chinese Restaurant/computer repair shop two doors down, and that's where you go to check in and check out.
