Bathroom was nicely cleaned every day with fresh towels. Hey, it was a room with a bed and close by to relatives we were visiting. Front desk staff cordial. The door for the TV cabinet was broken before arrival. No light bulb in the desk lamp. Heater stuck "on" in bathroom. Floor uneven and bumpy under a carpet that was marginally clean. The entire facility had a run down, semi-repaired, cement chipping everywhere appearance. You get what you pay for.
I enjoy the soft beds, The air-conditioner was comfortable. Overall service was great. Yes I would stay again. The shower was not clean for two days. There was a bug on the bed one particular day. The stairs going upstairs were a little shaky.
Terrible Wifi, no REAL breakfast.
Location Smelled like a strip club, tvs in the hallways, a kids shoe in my bed (guess they don't clean), phones didn't work, wrong wifi password and no hot water.
It's close to walmart? I wish I was making this us but, I'm not. As we arrived the front desk person was having an argument with a hotel guest, the argument was about getting a refund since the sheets in his room were not clean when he checked in an hour ago. When wife and I got to our room there where was an mildew smell to the entire room, our carpet was wet, the TV was not plugged in (apparently the cord was to short so we had to plug it into the desk lamp), one bed had damp sheets, there was half a pound of beef in the refrigerator (which was off), the bed did not fit the frame type thing it was on and they charged us about 10 dollars more than what kayak said we would be. My sister-in-law had only one problem with the separate room we got her. The phone had so much static it could not be used due to you could not hear anything but the static. The facility it self is only kinda handicapped friendly, there is a ramp that does lead to the first floor, but no elevators, so if you are on the second or third floor you will be taking the stairs, so you may want to pack light.
