Pros (+) I loved the outdoor pool area and the fact the beach was a few steps away.
Cons (-) This hotel and my room was very dirty. Stuff all over the bed and the walls. The toilet was broken the first night. The balcony had a really good view but the chairs were so nasty I didn't sit in them. I only stayed here because it was right on a private beach. Not worth the money spent

Pros (+) Every person who worked here was nice and helpful. It is older but well maintained. Comfy bed. Great view. Good food. Awesome pool that I witnessed cleaned every morning. Close to activities. No issues with self parking. Our room didn't have a microwave but we got one with a simple request at no extra charge.

And thought it said the pool was heated. The water was freezing in the pool. Stayed in room 427 the bathroom door knob was really loose and hard to open and close the bathroom door. rust stains on the ceiling in are room as well.

The people that work the valet were great, very helpful and very sweet. The lady that works the beach renal stuff was very nice and informative and the beach was very nice with great views.
