Pros. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was polite and helpful.
Pros. This hotel was so dirty. You walk in and the staff aren't wearing anything professional, I had to check with them three times before even getting to the hotel that my booking worked, I was forced to stay in a smoking room because of my pet. Non smokers should not be thrown into a smoking room just because they have pets. All of my clothes smelt terrible after my stay from the smoking room. The only thing that smelt even remotely clean in that room were the towels. The curtains had holes, the couch and chairs were stained and full of holes, there were patch works everywhere in the walls. The locks on the doors were loose and the walls were extremely thin, so you could hear everything. I will not be staying there again.
