Pros:
The people at the office in St Cloud were very nice. They even drove me and my kids over to Enterprise so that I could get a car from them.Cons:
I didn't get notified until a couple of hours before I was supposed to pick up the car that no car was available. The best they could do was give me a refund and leave me stranded with 3 kids in a city that was not my final destination where I didn't know anyone. I had to pay $300 more to get a car with another agency and they wouldn't even try to help with that. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again.3 locations in St. Cloud

Pros:
They upgraded our rental free of charge! The car was exactly what we needed! We had great peace of mind on our 2,000+ mile road trip. We didn’t want to bring it back!Cons:
It looked like there was some soda splashed around the cup holder in the bottom of the door, but it’s kinda understandable that that’d be overlooked with all the cleaning they have to do.9.6 Wonderful

Dec 2020
Pros:
Everything was okay besides the pick up!Cons:
The car had scratches from the get go that haven’t been pointed out by the person who handed us the car keys in the first place; who also had us waiting for 25 minutes because he “didn’t know we were coming in the morning”. The drop off was perfect and the lady helping us couldn’t have been better! If I wouldn’t have taken a video to record that the damage was there before, we would have been held liable for something we didn’t do. This, everything was excellent besides the pick up service (which could have been just the fault of the one person working and not the entire agency on site)10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
$25 charge if the car is not vacuumed on return. VACUUMED? We made the reservation through Kayak and had to use a debit card when it was time to pick the car up. The account had several thousand dollars in it, so money was not an issue, nor was the several hundred dollar deposit. THE PROBLEM: They also do a credit check when paying with a debit card, and if your credit score is low (which is the case with MOST people who are paying with a debit card) - they will deny you the reservation AT THE MOMENT OF PICK-UP. We needed the car to continue on for a five day vacation and all other St. Cloud sites were OUT of rental cars. We were OUT OF LUCK, and had to cancel the rest of our vacation travel plans because we did NOT have another car rental. Thanks for NOTHING Budget. Your policies ruined our vacation! :(1.9 Poor
