Cons: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

Overall decent flight, but then we got diverted. Some positive shout outs to those who worked to make an unfortunate event better: Texas Aero Services and the 20 year olds at the desk were given a challenging and difficult situation which they would not be expected to prepare for and did a decent job. It was a tough spot for them and what Sun Country did to them was extremely unfair and unprofessional. These young men gave credit to the dispatcher at Sun Country who attempted to call up to the CEO, unfortunately he was not empowered enough to take care of the situation. Several star players here, but the team failed. Thanks to Waco Police and the staff at Whataburger for spinning up hundreds of meals in short order beyond the midnight hour. Thanks to KWTX, WFAA, KARE for picking up this story. Finally, to my fellow passengers, I'm sorry we all had to go through this, but to those who were kind, helping, and shed light on this event, thank you. God bless!"
Cons: "Our flight, Sun Country 550 from MSP to DFW diverted to Waco, TX. While unfortunate weather diverts happen, the airline failed to own the situation. The airline was ad hoc and did not have a plan to take care and comfort customers in an unfortunate event. With the lack of communication, I am concerned how this airline would respond in an elevated scenario. The pilot told us we had the option to deplane. After he stepped off, the flight attendant provided conflicting direction that we would all deplane and there was no option to deplane confusing passengers (crew coordination, who's in charge?). Maybe an hour later the plane and crew take off leaving all 150+ pax at what was essentially a closed terminal. Sun Country left no representation on the scene. (lack of leadership and communication). Local law enforcement and the general aviation terminal staff picked up where they could. Sun Country made valid statements with respect to FAA/TSA regulations, but they also blamed the local shuttle company for "not cooperating". The company repeatedly deflected ownership. With regards to ground transportation, we expected that it would arrive within a reasonable time (30 minutes) after deplaning. That turned into hours. I understand bus drivers have a certain fee for getting out of bed at 2AM. Sun Country, as some of us were getting a little stir crazy, I was able to call a local 24/7 hour limo service. They could be at the terminals in short order. For $750, we would get 1 limo, 22 pax from Waco to DFW. Speaking with them, moving 150 people was fairly simple. Sun Country, please try harder. For your new CEO, study this incident and you can see what you need to fix at your company. The most tragic thing I witnessed was a pregnant mother, with lap child experiencing morning sickness in front of everyone at the terminal. What angers me is no one from Sun Country was there to see or comfort her. Those people were in bed or unavailable. There were multiple failures here. In hindsight, it may have been better if the pilot refused Waco and requested Austin where there would have been TSA staff, a standby crew, or more reasonable accommodations. Sun Country could have some contingency contracts with local ground transit companies. There's a lot this airline can take in from this experience to improve themselves, let's hope they do. I would like some consideration for this terrible experience and if this airline cares about its image it should reach out to all flight passengers to apologize and get their feedback to so they don't muck it up again."

I was unable to work with another delay and was forced to cancel this flight within hours of booking it. I was charged $15 to cancel the flight. So I paid for a flight that was sold to me and not on time and then charged for cancelling it within hours. This was incredibly disappointing."

I don't really know why except the airport they said was busy and the plane couldn't come up to the gate. I nearly sprained an ankle because it was dark and I didn't see there was a step from the escalator platform to walk to the shuttle bus. I have never experienced that before and we have flown Sun Country from DFW to MSP several times before. They don't even give peanuts or pretzels any more and all the other airlines do."

I assum frontier carry between 150-250 ppl, if 10 frontier employees finished their an hour check things around, it would be very very helpful instead westing 150-250 hours of passengers. When I saw the commitment of each employees in under cover boss show I was so excited to fly, but I don't think I can afford to the delay."

Cons: "Seats are rather uncomfortable and cramped compared to other airlines, especially noticeable when the flight is for more than an hour or two. The small panel that is referred to as a tray table is more like the size of an ashtray so forget about using your laptop in flight. They have not updated their policy as other larger airlines regarding mobile phones (must be in airplane mode). The flights are commonly delayed (no weather issues). If you look at the departure screens, only Spirit was delayed and included about 70% of their flights. And the baggage policy is a bit confusing as they consider my backpack and satchel as two carry on bags and asked me to combine them prior to boarding."

Otherwise with luggage it is a much better deal and more comfortable to fly other airlines. Won't fly Spirit again."

It was unbelievable. Oh, and the seats don't recline at all. I will NEVER fly this airline again."

I told her that was assenine seeing that it would take another hour. The system finally updated. She was able to offer me a flight not on Friday at all but Saturday afternoon/evening. Taking over 30 hoursaway from my vacation. I asked to have my money refunded. They obliged but couldn't refund the 40 some dollars from the 3rd party sight which I booked through when clicking book on kayak. My whole weekend was ruined. Horrible."

Cons: "Baggage charge was outrageous, and you have to pay for a carry on. Only 40 lb limit on a fifty dollar checked bag. Nothing was free, I had to give in buy two bottles of water for 5 dollars. Beverages should come free. Even if it's just water. Healthier snack options would of been nice"

Cons: "I came in to Los Angeles LAX to board spirit proceeded to contact a spirit checker I am going to assume he was tired was very rude he was in a conversation with another passenger for whatever reason he was not happy once the conversation was over I approached him to ask him about the flight to Minnesota is this the right gate he basically said am I going to Denver I said no to Minnesota he said if you're not going to Denver you need to go and sit down I asked him I needed to know if this was the gate I need to be at again he stated go to a different spirit checker and asked them me and the people behind me just look at each other .very unprofessional I was just as tired and frustrated as he was for whatever reason he was frustrated and keep in mind please I had my one year-old and was trying to check in the stroller and the car seat"
Cons: "Flight delayed for 4 hours unbelivable.. And I had to pay for luggage $50 other airline don't do that .. For the same my friend paid $160 retun I paid $260 one way + tax and there 15 empty seats empty and no airline food.. All my friend flew that flight 2 days earlier"
