Pros (+) I found the kitchen to be very convenient and the view was lovely
Cons (-) The building was hideous. There was paint on the window. The couch was uncomfortable I wish I could open the window all the way since air conditioning was loud and not really needed at night

Cons (-) The fact that I had to empty my own trash and not have any daily housekeeping was a little odd to me. I've stayed in plenty of condo type timeshare style places and and I've never had to empty my own trash and bring my pool towels to the front desk for an exchange. Not having daily housekeeping was strange, as well.
