6.8 Good
Pros: The location was nice. There is some potential in this motel. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.
Cons: There was no breakfast which would have been nice because adding that in for the family we could have paid for a place with a pool and breakfast. There was really a foul smell in the air due to factories nearby. Although it was a nice location, it was hard to go outside in the courtyard because of the smell. There were very noisy guest in the other room, sounded like they were moving furniture around or partying all night. The worse was the bathroom floor which had rocks in the floor that was too hard to walk on and very slippery. I had to buy a thick mat just so we could take a shower. Also, an appropriate chair for the desk would have been nice to have. Looked like there was an attempt to clean up the yard, but still needed a ways to go.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: not included
Cons: Could have used a chair. No place to sit other than beds. I expected a small coffee pot as that is pretty standard anymore.

Pros: Up to date interior decorating. Cozy space.
Cons: Missed human connection when I called on phone.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cute and quaint with stylishly updated and comfortable rooms. The garden was lovely!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is lovely little gem with interesting and lovely décor. A bit off the main drag, but worth finding. Very comfortable and relaxing after a long trip.
Cons: There's no breakfast so a coffee maker in the room would have been nice. But it's not that far to a coffee shop!
6.3 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean room.
Cons: Holes in the exterior brick walls were offputting. No live person on site. No breakfast made this not such a good value.

Pros: Easy check in and check out ... all on level lot ...
Cons: No TV guide ... or channel guide
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice courtyard
Cons: No coffee
7.0 Good

Pros: Clean & easy to find. What one would expect for the price Love the "RED" refrigerator. It was nice to have a refrigerator that we could fit everything plus some on.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Well I’m sure glad I brought my own blanket along! Because it wasn’t even 10 minutes underneath the covers, and all of a sudden I started itching! Ok I know what exactly I’m experiencing FN BED BUGS! I just couldn’t stop itching. But as soon as I got my own blanket and used that itching gone! Pretty FN sad to spend that kinda money and have to deal with a FN dirty BED! Disgusting! So NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: When we asked for a fan because our room was horribly hot, they did get us one.
Cons: Our room was super hot because our AC wasn't working, we paid for queen beds and got full beds instead, and the bathroom had a bunch of gross black mildew in it. The beds were also rock hard, which some people like, but I personally absolutely hated.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was fluffy.
Cons: I just wish the bathroom door would close. The frame was warped or something and no matter how hard we tried, the door wouldn’t close.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Conveniently located off the interstate and we needed a place to stay.
Cons: Breakfast was pretty crummy. Only hot item was biscuits and gravy.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I stopped there as a kid now I'm stopping there with my family. The rooms were very nice and clean. Good price
Cons: Breakfast ended at 9 aaaaannd the lady at the front desk seemed crabby.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Advertised pool, then pool out of order. Room in disrepair. Tub and sink faucet leaks. Hole in wall. Old overused furniture.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great - nice quiet country setting. Evening staff was super friendly - the old man in the morning at check out was a bit grumpy!
Cons: The bed was a bit overly firm, common area had a weird funky smell. A bit overpriced. Housekeeping should make sure desk chairs are left in a lower position. Mine was all the way up and when I tried to sit in it (you really can't lower it until you sit down and apply weight) it slid away from me, leaving me flat on the floor after hitting my arm on the end of the bed. Not a pleasant way to start a day!!
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Not up to Ramada Wyndham standards. Bugs in room because weather stripping around door needs to be maintained. Stains on walls, wallpaper coming off, worn furniture. Very disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: No microwave in room
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing! It was truly a disgusting, filthy, and bug ridden nightmare!
Cons: Filthy room still had used towels hanging in bathroom. The restaurant/Bar closed years ago. Air filter for ac was completely clogged so they put a box fan in the room to help keep it semi cool. Large nasty beetles in room along with flies. Mold!! Yuck!!!!
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: There were cockroaches in my room the air conditioning was not working and fridge was iced over couldn’t even use it I Will Never Stay there agian
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was reasonably priced.
Cons: The whole hotel is in slight disrepair. Paint needs to be refreshed, hot tub wasn't working, furniture in our room was broken, carpet is old and tattered looking.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: First room floor was wet and smelled like sewage. When asked to move no apology was given but we were moved down a couple rooms. New room had no mini fridge, no tv remote and looked dirty and unkept. It was late so we stayed but never again.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I TOOK THE OPTION OF A FREE CANCELLATION WHEN I SAW THE LOCATION, PREMISES, AND THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS.REALLY A POOR FACILITY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND REMOVING IT FROM YOUR LISTINGS.
4.3 Okay
Pros: That they let me switch rooms
Cons: It had bed bugs
7.5 Good
Cons: The smell of the room. Smelling old.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The continental breakfast was good. A good variety although a little too much pepper in the gravy
Cons: I didn't like the lack of telephones in the rooms. The fact that half of the rooms had at least one window with some breakage. The two of our four rooms had no cold water, and that I could put my fingers through the gap between the bottom of my door and the door frame and reach the outside with the door fully closed.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Front clerk was friendly & polite.
Cons: The office & part of the hotel had fire, so booking was being run through a different nearby hotel- which was never mentioned and only found out when I went to the hotel next door to ask for directions. Room was broken from the windows with glass shards hanging to the door that didn’t latch right or have a lock on it. Place was filled with long term renters. BUT we had beautiful view of the prison next door (which was lit up all night obviously)! Was anxious to try the complimentary bread & water breakfast in the morning but we were informed that there was none since the fire.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It was a good location, and was cheap. The front dest person was wonderful.
Cons: The place was VERY run down. T.V. didn't work and there was no internet. It reminded me of a horror movie.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff tried to help
Cons: Room..half th rooms outlets did not work...pool did not work..ice maker did not work..you could see outside easily through 1/2 inch gap in the front door...had to go Super 8 to checking...Budget Inns office closed...the rest of our 12 day trip we stayed at Red Roof inns...much,much, better and priced less than Sterling Budget
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We got to the hotel and could not find any office - went next door to another hotel and asked if they knew where the Budget Inn office was. She told us we check in with her!! How would anyone even know that. The picture of the room was nothing like the room we got. The hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. My husband wanted to sleep in the car. The free breakfast was at the hotel next door. At least I felt that hotel was clean and I could eat. The breakfast was OK. Had better at other hotels stayed in during our trip.
Cons: The hotel should be torn down and start over!! It was the worst. No security. Everything was run down. Bad need of paint job everywhere. The tub faucet was leaking water so you just listened to the drip all night long.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not a damn thing
Cons: Room wasn't clean dirty forks and spoons that looked like they were burnt, it didn't even lock
