The hotel is quite small and quiet - which suited us. The site overall is charming - nice garden areas, pretty villas, and a great swimming pool which was well maintained. This is not an international 4* hotel - more like 3*. There were petty issues (like a minibar which still had the previous occupant's personal food stuffs inside) which took two days of asking to be sorted out. The room furniture and bathrooms were OK, but the facilities were basic. Although prepared well enough, the restaurant menu and set-up was very basic..
In a quiet location, has easy access to the beach. Staff are not very professional. Despite advertisement "all rooms have sea-view", in fact not all of them have.
It was really quiet and it is located at one of the best beaches of ammouliani. What I liked most was the bar that has view to the center of ammouliani, to Ouranoupolis and to Mount Athos. Also, the transfer to our room was done with a small golf car and that was quite convenient. The room had a great balcony from where someone could enjoy the sea view.
I didn't like the hotel at all. It is a very old, dirty, and ugly hotel. Apart from the location (not all rooms have view) everything else was a disaster. Cleaning services were every two days, there was no soap, the towels were dirty and the spiders were all over the place. I paid 80E for a room which was for 40E top. The breakfast which was included in the price was very poor, "dirty" and awful. The staff was not very polite and very slow motion!!!! Generally it's not a 4star hotel and it doesn't have value for money. Breakfast, cleaning, facilities, air-condition, furniture,tv,staff, towels, soaps, price. Total re-decoration!!!
excellent location with good atmosphere, decent services, fantastic nature and real relaxing setup. Maybe the beach equipment should be replaced
No fitness facility
Nice , quiet piece of the world, perfect place to relax. The management knows my opinion. This is remark only. The minimarket had been closed in many cases of our children´s visit to buy ice-cream , water etc.The location of minimarket is not very convenient for visitors.
Very nice and quite Island if you want to enjoy the beaches or take a walk on the island. It is difficult to find a decent restaurant on the Island. The dinner in the hotel is not worth the 25 euro.
Location. The Beach. Quiet. Nice scenary. Swimming pool. Music. Personel's attitude and lack of experience. Although the dishes were tastefull the presentation of the plates was very poor. The parking didn't have tarmat and it was a bit hurtful for the car (lots of bumps...)
Only the pool and the view. The room was not clean. Hair and stains in the sheets. The morning buffet was very poor and unacceptable in quality. In the bathroom they did not even have a glass for the toothbrush.
The appropriateness of the setting, the quality of the amenities and most and above all the genuine affability of every member of the staff we happened to deal with, on any account I would have preferred the showers to have been equipped with a solid plexi-glass pane cabin rather than the unpractical plastic curtain
The suite was very large with an upstairs room for 3 beds plus extra bathroom. The view was lovely and having 2 balconies we were also able to see the swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent and a lovely swimming pool. Staff were very friendly. Not a big issue but in the suite we had only 1 knife and 2 forks for 4 people.
Very bad food No minimum hygiene in the kitchen (bugs and flies). No hot water
Very nice family hotel. Large room with a nice terrace. Smiling and helpful staff. Close to downtown and the beach, but personally the more I liked the beaches of the Olympiada.
The hotel is really nice.
Friendly staff. Very clean place. Nice swimmingpool. About 300 meters from beach. Good breakfast (if you want you can order scrammbled eggs or fried eggs and they will make them for you). Hotel is run by a Bulgarian family. Staff speaks good english. A real nice and relaxed Greek atmospere in Stavros. Very few tourists from outside Greece.
The hotel is offering excellent conditions from all points of view. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, free wireless Internet all around, rooms with air conditioning, quiet and very clean. Wonderful location! The available TV channels are only few, in Greek only… but on-line Internet TV could be a good compensation if needed.
The staff were absolutely more than just very friendly, I hadn´t met with such friendliness and readiness to help at any other hotel before, they make you feel really like at home; I also appreciated quiet and family atmosphere there; and on top of that a surprise for me - they speak Czech fluently ! The shower bath in the room had just curtains around, not a door, but anyway this was not so bad.
Large comfortable room with 2 balconies, decent breakfast. Nice pool and outdoor area (much used by the groups of people stayng there) The main clientele of the hotel are groups of Czech people, so all the paperwork on reception is in Czech. The breakfast food was mainly Czech too (perfectly nice, but not what I expected)
Big, spacious rooms, new clean hotel, very quiet and relaxing. In Stavros there is a very nice restaurant in the old part of town, on the highest point of the town, overviewing the entire city and bay, it's called Agnandi or something like this, you must try it, it's owned by a very nice guy called Vasilis who speaks among others romanian very well. Very good traditional food and incredible view The drinks at the bar were not very good (coffee, frape etc), the restaurant i didn't even tried it because of this.
