There was an error receiving the booking Kayak-showed a 7 passenger MPV and when i arrived the enterprise booking only showed for a Gulf-which they had- and had no 7 passenger vehicles available - there is a glitch in the software that ruined my trip- \8.8 Very good

Return @ Stuttgart airport was an absolut nightmare: almost impossible to find the return location - so I called AVIS customer service and the condescending lady on the phone almost called me stupid for not being able to find it instead of explaining. But the worst was yet to come: when I finally got to the return point I get a guy with no identification that demands the key of my car and says he is not able to give me a receipt of returning my car because it was a car coming from Switzerland and that I had to just trust him...5.6 Fair

OVERCHARGED 50 EURO! Our flight was 45 minutes and we arrived at the rental counter at 11:10PM (reservation was for 10:00PM). The 1 day rental was 54 euro. However, Buchbinder charged an extra 50 euro because we arrived after 11:00PM. They provided no notice of this charge on the Kayak. They also didn't have our class of vehicle registered and tried to charge for an upgraded model. The clerk was insensitive and rude.8.0 Very good

Relatively quick pick up and return, clean.Cons:
Upon return, the attendant indicated damage on the front allow wheel rim. I drove from rental car parking spot to another parking spot 5 hours away. Did not have an opportunity to rub rim against a curb to inflict damage. Damage seemed to be old, but attendant said it was not on the initial inspection. I can't take 30 minutes to inspect cars for minor wear and tear. Waiting on Buchbinder final assessment for damages.6.0 Okay

Had printed confirmation and email that car was to be picked up at stuttgart central station. Got there and they had no car for me and Budget system showed reservation was at a different station somehow. I had to take subway and walk there as they had no drivers that could bring car or take me there. The delay caused me to miss a tour.Hertz

I was charged more than the rental contract stated. I was charged for fuel when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I was also charged fees that should not have been charged. This is very disappointing and I formally reached out to Hertz to complain.7.2 Good

Flight arrived early staff said my vehicle wasn't available, nor were any others in the class, tried to up-sell for 3 times the agreed upon cost. Told me I would need to wait for 2 hours until my reservation. At reservation offered me my choice of 3 vehicles and when I went to pick it up there was an entire row of my class of vehicle available. Definitely walked away feeling like the desk clerk I first spoke with chose to inconvenience me because I wouldn't accept the up-sell.4.0 Mediocre

Staff were pathetic. MR PINTO AND HIS MANAGER MS KUHLMANN, were extremely rude and incompetent. They didn't even supply the car I booked, overcharged me more than double as they didn't have a car and now refuse to refund me or reply to my calls or emails. Worst car rental ever.Cons:
Sixt is useless, it's no wonder they are called Sixt and not First..... Absolutely will never do a rental with them again.6.0 Okay
