Pros:
Not enough to outweigh the bad experience.Cons:
I was charged more than the rental contract stated. I was charged for fuel when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I was also charged fees that should not have been charged. This is very disappointing and I formally reached out to Hertz to complain.7.2 Good

Flight arrived early staff said my vehicle wasn't available, nor were any others in the class, tried to up-sell for 3 times the agreed upon cost. Told me I would need to wait for 2 hours until my reservation. At reservation offered me my choice of 3 vehicles and when I went to pick it up there was an entire row of my class of vehicle available. Definitely walked away feeling like the desk clerk I first spoke with chose to inconvenience me because I wouldn't accept the up-sell.Budget

Pros:
Staff were pathetic. MR PINTO AND HIS MANAGER MS KUHLMANN, were extremely rude and incompetent. They didn't even supply the car I booked, overcharged me more than double as they didn't have a car and now refuse to refund me or reply to my calls or emails. Worst car rental ever.Cons:
Sixt is useless, it's no wonder they are called Sixt and not First..... Absolutely will never do a rental with them again.Alamo
