The price I was given was good.The amount of time spent inside the office in order to get the car. Extremely long.

? Customer ServiceReceptionist wanted to help, manager was completely inflexible.Reserved car in Cresskill and did not double check res. It was in Englewood. Walked :30 to Cresskill location before realizing it was the wrong office. Asked for a ride, they couldn’t help, asked for a car, they couldn’t help asked to cancel reservation, that they could help. All while hearing on the loud speaker Enterprise, the company that picks u up. I walked :30 home. Very disappointing.

Fanatastic experience!As always, my rental experience with Enterprise in Englewood was outstanding. I have lots of rental options, and always opt to work with Enterprise.

I rented the car for a weekend, they were closed on Sunday but I could leave the key in a key box. the stuff is friendly.they asked me for a passport (never happened to me before) and I didn't have it with me. Finally I showed a copy by internet (I had it on my drop box) and I could rent the car!!!

Unpleasantly surprisedFast for the most part and car selection was better than I thought it would beMade a reservation for 6PM but was told the location closes then and forced me to try and come earlier the day of my reservation. When I was running late, I called and they were extremely difficult in trying to help or offer another solution only letting me know "we close at 6". When I asked why they allowed me to make a reservation for 6 or what do other customers do, it was clear they didn't want to help or accommodate me in anyway and I had to push back my rental time to the following morning instead. This messed up my weekend plans and made me very annoyed and angry. There was no work around offered or any understanding or customer service. The manager who helped me the following day did his best but even he admitted that the situation was not handled well and apologized.

Good ValueThis location is easy to get to from Manhattan and their prices were good. You can return at any time of dayThe car I got had the engine light on and was asking for an oil change. Had no issues though.
