Booked a 7 passanger enterprise recived a conforma
Pros: Excellent Customer service
Car was excellent new
Very pleasant professionals would deal directly with them at an opportunity
Cons: There was an error receiving the booking Kayak-showed a 7 passenger MPV and when i arrived the enterprise booking only showed for a Gulf-which they had- and had no 7 passenger vehicles available - there is a glitch in the software that ruined my trip- \

Pros: The price was good. The terms were acceptable. All in all it was an easy process that got me from point A to B and back again.
Cons: It was a bit dirty but I suppose I can understand that.
