Nothing! We did not like the hotel at all, We paid over $----, for a small room, nothing was listed that it only had a shower, the bed was supposed to be a queen, it was a double, shower leaked, loud fridge, rude owner, will never go back nor will recommend!!!
Good location, clean room, parking at the room. Somewhat dated, wireless was very picky - iOS devices would not connect, but propping my Android phone up near the window and turning on tethering got us internet that worked 80% of the time :)
recent remodel. Very impressed with improvements . Staff kind . Had a double bed room that was split into 2 rooms. Only the main room had a air conditioner .
It was located near where we needed to be for the weekend. The area was fairly quiet. There was a Tim's across the street which was a major bonus! The pillows were huge and rather uncomfortable.
Close to park and lake. Full kitchen. Quiet location. I was there on business but I'd take my family there on holiday next summer, especially with new pool and courtyard complete. Pool under construction off season, but only during day while away.
Great location, quiet, friendly Could hear people walking around in room above.
Pool and BBQ area was great! Location was perfect, close to everything and just off both the lake and channel. Owners were very friendly and accomadating. The beds could have been a little softer with a few more pillows (they were available if requested though)
Fantastic visit! Great location and the kitchenette has the array of kitchen tools one actually uses! Walking distance to the Channel, for a float, and close to Okanagan Lake beach. A 10 min drive to Skaha Lake beach and close to a great running path
The staff was amazing. Very friendly right from the beginning to me and my daughter. The common area is fantastic way to bring fellow vacationers together and have a good time, when usually people tend to stick to their own thing.
Nothing, room was dirty, bedding not changed. When I turned back the sheets you could see they had not been changed. There was hair on the sheets. Bathroom had used soap and shampoo in it. There was no new soap bar. There was a used juice container in thse sink. I was not able to speak to the front desk as they had closed for the eveing. Very disappointed. The web site pictures show a resort style hotel, however, this is not factual. The web site is very misleading.
Close to the beach and very reasonable. My first trip to Penticton and if I return I would definitely book with Tiki shores.
Location! Beautiful beach across the street. Outdoor pool/barbeque. Walking distance to good restaraunts/casino. Bicycle and boat rentals nearby. Short-staffed on cleaning - so dirty floor when we checked-in.
The suite had two separate bedrooms, meaning one guest did not have to pass thtough the other sleeping area to reach the bathroom. There is a guest laundry, which we used.
The location was great and the noise from the street was not noticeable When you could find staff some were helpfull The staff were poorly trained on the knowledge of there city and could not fill requests for basic needs
Served our needs well. Front desk lent us a toaster, which helped us for breakfast! The pool was a godsend, since it was in the high 30s the whole time. We had to keep the bikes in the room for safety, so it was quite cramped. Staff did not always replace items when they cleaned, so we had to ask for tea and sugar.
location price a bit high considering better hotels' prices not much more
Clean and reasonable Parking spaces are limited and small
The place was very nice and clean. Neighbors too close. They talked loudly with no consideration of others.
Clean and updated room with beautiful flowers and public space. Huge BBQ's were available. Within walking distance of shops.
The stay was very relaxing. Lovely clean room and staff was great.
the hotel was OK Nothing
Fantastic mployees. Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic facilities Nothing
Excellent staff; pet friendly Access to room was very awkward, especially when moving luggage in and out.
I was given a handicapped room which I required for my electric scooter. It was big enough for my scooter. I did not get my room cleaned twice during my 9 day stay.
Fair price and it included a breakfast Beds were a little soft, older TV, small bathroom

Very dilapidated hotel, hair found in bed not my hair. I would not stay here again, more like a one star. Not near anything and the free breakfast is a joke. Not much of anything. This is the only negative review I have ever written about with a hotel. Everything
Having to get a code to hook up the Wi-Fi everyday.
Nothing it was run down had cops in and out dogs barking paper thin towels and the staff were rude the breakfast was horrible it was run down had cops in and out dogs barking paper thin towels and the staff were rude the breakfast was horrible
I happened to leave a brand new pair of shoes in the room and they were very kind to return them to me. The owners were very friendly. Breakfast room was always being refilled with fresh items. hotel employee great
Pass Motor Inn is nicely located next to the Cherry Lane Mall. It's also convenient to situate here if you choose to go north to Kelowna or south to Olive/Osoyoos area. N/A
The Location Horrible shower
