Live bugs in the beds. Stains everywhere. Floors dirty. Room smelled like a deep fryer every day. No other rooms available according to staff. Did not stock breakfast items that were promised. Room not stocked well.

Good location, walkable to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good (waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins). The main issue was the bathtub was sunken in and started to crack. I had to avoid stepping in that area because I was afraid my foot would do through the tub floor so showering was a bit challenging.

Pros (+) Check in was a nightmare because of the general manager, Rasik Naik. He was rude and combative. He may have been angered that the personal conversation about his life in England, a monologue really, was interrupted by me after being ignored for 10 minutes. His communication skills would be much better suited for a position where he had no contact with people, especially women. He interrupted, rais...

Cons (-) I didn’t like the way we were checked in I asked the women behind the desk a question and they began to laugh when I asked. People we’re knocking on our door all night. Also, the water in the room was cold the whole time so we were unable to take a shower.
