Everything, especially the concierge service.
I think the hotel should make wifi more easily available.
The concierge was excellent.
Gym is small

The quality of the staff in the foyer lunch?coffee area.
The room smelt a little of smoke. The ice was delivered to the room when we were out for the evening and had melted by the time we had returned - and wanted to use it.

The location is perfect.
We did not have access to the upper terrace with a view.
Beautiful ambiance in historical building, great food and particulrly enjoyed breakfast.
The room was spotless and cleaners did a good job every day. All staff went "the extra bit" to make you welcome and were very helpful. Especially when my wife became ill and had to leave.
My car was parked for 6 days and received a ding in the door which I didn't find untill I returned home.
The location is excellent for sight seeing and shopping.
Long lines at the front desk in the mornings for checking out. Most guests seem to have issue with their bills.
