8.3 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was fabulous!
Cons: Voice mail was full and made communication difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I saw a strange and suspicious car prowling in the far parking lot near the Buford Room after midnight. Driver appeared to be checking out my parked car there. It appeared to be a battered former police cruiser white with a bad paint job. The driver departed quickly when she/he saw me. If this was an emplyee, why were they in that part of the parking lot?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff appeared to really enjoy their service to us. Everything we had read on-line was what we experienced. We hope to come back in warm weather in order to enjoy the grounds.
Cons: My English muffin wasn't toasted. Although I didn't ask that it be toasted, neither did my server ask my preference.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I wanted a room on the 2nd floor in the main house BUT I booked on line and they gave me the Beauford room by myself.... so I won’t book on line again!
Cons: Room in the. Main building

Cons: Not much to complain about. There’s perhaps a little bit of wear and tear that’s to be expected in a place that’s not brand new, but it was still very clean.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was awesome, friendly and made you feel at home.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I originally booked this hotel room, and cancelled within the pre-determined time but was still charged the FULL rate. Plus I was charged an additional fee for extra cleaning because I bringing pet, but didn’t use the room and was STILL charged this additional cleaning fee. I had stayed at this specific hotel in the past and was extremely pleased. I will never stay at this hotel again, and will refrain from staying at any of the parent company’s chain of hotels.
Cons: See above

7.0 Good
Pros: It was quiet and comfortable. Very close to a lot of restaurants that you could wk too.
Cons: When we checked in we were told we were given a free upgrade. Turns out it was just a handicap accessible room. Room had one window that looked at walls and a roof. Trash was not ever fully taken out by housekeeping, we had to put it in the hallway for someone to get it. 38 dollars to park for 3 days also wasn't great especially after already dropping 400 for 3 days. Also there was no continental breakfast which I have never experienced before.

1.0 Poor
Cons: They advertised a pool and hot tub on their website (whole reason I booked with them) when we arrived they had signs hung that their pool was down for the season. I was very angry, asked to speak with a manager and was laughed at.
7.0 Good
Pros: Convenient location to my job site nice staff
Cons: HOUSE KEEPING SUCKKKKKKSSSS
1.0 Poor
Pros: Leaving!!!!!!
Cons: Full of thugs , over flowing trash cans , actual residents drinking and cooking on charcoal grills , passed out individuals on steps. A daily state police presence. We stayed a week and seemed like a months sentence . We travel for work and we pledge never to stay at that location agian . Felt dirty just being there. Yuck ,yuck , yuck. Avoid at all costs. Halls smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana. No place for children or law abiding citizens. Very very bad setting .

Pros: The price .
Cons: The Hot breakfast was poor .

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean dining area and fresh breakfast. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: Room was nice but in need of a deep cleaning. Around the refrigerator, and perimeter of the room carpet needs cleaned. Especially near headboards and behind nightstand between the beds. Also the bedspread on the first bed had a burn hole
5.0 Okay
Pros: The front desk was super nice.
Cons: It's very rundown. Carpet was filthy. Smoke detectors were disconnected. Tub wouldn't drain. Mold. Elevator was rickety. Unusual smells.Had to change rooms twice. Slept in my clothes because the bedding looked like it had never been changed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Come to Gettysburg often , always stay here. Little disappointed no eggs or sausage from breakfast in off season(February.) No coffee in lobby either. Place makes up for it though. Always very clean and staff are very nice.
Cons: Breakfast cut back in winter, no coffee in lobby. Indoor pool closed.

Pros: The refrigerator was quite large and had a very good freezer. When we ask for missing items they were promptly furnished by the friendly staff. The two queen beds were very comfortable and each had 4 fluffy pillows. The high definition television was large and the remote brought up a full program guide.
Cons: While it was very clean, and all of the calking was well done, the bathtub had several big chips in it. There was only one washcloth and no soap for the bathtub.

This hotel has facilities measuring 27000 square feet (2508 square meters), including a conference center. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Everything mostly worked. I mean you get what you pay for. Literally.
Cons: I know I shouldn’t complain because the property was cheap but the front desk was a in a whole other building connected by an annex. I honestly didn’t feel the safest knowing that there weren’t any staff near my room. I am a female solo traveler and if i had known how far away the rooms were from the open front counter I would have found another place. It was crazy how far all of the guest were from the main counter it was like they only had one wing open and all the guests were that wing. Like I said for the price I can’t complain if I wanted stay somewhere nicer, I should have booked a more expensive room else where.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I really like this hotel
Cons: I had called to be sure that hotel was going to be open before traveling and the front desk said for sure they would be open. They closed and never called me or emailed me. I paid another hotel three times more last minute staying. No compensation
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and spacious, with ample amenities in the bathroom. Sound proofing was good as we couldn't hear any of our neighbours during our stay (and the hotel was booked when we stayed). The beds were comfortable, no complaints there. The indoor pool was nice, and the late night hours meant we could relax after a day of exploring the city - a much appreciated commodity. There's also a quaint 90's style arcade around, which although we didn't use this time, we really enjoyed knowing it was there and wish we could have had more time to play on. Breakfast buffet was a nice daily spread of typical breakfast food, but all tasty and kept warm regardless of when you arrived. There was also ample seating around, so you didn't have to guard your seat too much if you went for seconds. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, and assisted us as best as they could with our requests.
Cons: For some reason the front desk staff at Eisenhower were unavailable during the weekend when we stayed, and as such we had to go over to the neighbouring Aspire Hotel (the hotels have shared commodities) to attend to our requests, check out, etc. Not terrible since they did have a contingency in place for guests, but a bit inconvenient if you needed to get stuff late at night, or if your room was on the further end of the Eisenhower hotel.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: Room was dirty, specifically reserved a room with pool access and was told when I arrived none were avalable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Extra nice woman that worked the evening shift. Room I had reserved was not ready, so she upgraded to a beautiful room in other hotel on same property. The room she gave us was absolutely beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: easy commute to national park.
Cons: confusing how to check in.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was quite, clean.
Cons: I had to check in at a different location no one was at the hotel no phone on instructions on where it go. Got in very late with 3 kids took me an hr to get checked in. No refrigerator, power went out.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: There was a racoon or possum in the wall/ceiling crawling around the entire night. The cleanliness was poor at best. When inquired about a refund they said they would check with the manager since we prepaid and call me to let me know what the outcome would be. Checked my credit card statement and there was no discount or refund and no phone call. I would suggest not staying here.
Cons: Terrible hotel, poor management, not clean, rodents in the wall, breakfast was terrible and overpriced.
6.5 Good
Pros: Double king beds were nice...Even though I only needed one. Very roomy
Cons: Kinda old and weird in general. No lids at the coffee station Everything is just a little too old but not in a classic way
6.0 Good
Pros: Price vs location
Cons: One can tell that the Eisenhower used to be a grand location. Massive property with huge potential. the tennis court has grass growing through it. The indoor pool is very old, the glass ceiling acts as a greenhouse. The area is poorly insulated
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Our bed was pretty comfortable.
Cons: Eisenhower hotel is still undergoing some hefty renovations. Looks like projects were given up on due to loss of funding or whatnot. Must check in and out at the Aspire location, since there doesn’t seem to be anyone at the Eisenhower side.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The history and relaxing location and pool. Grounds are beautiful.
Cons: I love this place, but they didn't have water bottles even near the gym in the machines. They were 2$ a piece. No water in pitchers and the gift shop and restaurant are closed. (during my stay).

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Well sited within walking distance to downtown or the battlefield. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.
Cons: The included breakfast in the ‘breakfast cottage’ is a bit cramped when full of guests. The prepared egg patties were horrible, and some had the consistency of cardboard. Better to walk up the street to Friendly’s for breakfast. My only gripe about my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast house
7.0 Good
Pros: All the staff were great and very helpful. I loved the main lobby, the fire place and free access to the computer. The room was very clean and neat.
Cons: I wish there were more fun activities. Such as pool table, any games to pass the time. The indoor pool did not look appealing, it was a little green so we didn’t attempt to try it out.

Pros: Clean and close proximity to the hospital.
Cons: With everything closed because of the pandemic.. food is already hard to get when you are traveling healthcare workers, I was very upset that the refrigerators in the room were so small and No microwaves in the room. This was a huge inconvenience.

Pros: Nice rooms.
Cons: Breakfast not included.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The entire staff is amazing. Best out of any hotel I've stayed. A++
Cons: The hotel offered NOTHING with the stay. Not even a water dispenser. It was bare bones completely. You could tell they were trying to save money...it was that obvious. Fine for business. Nothing else.

Cons: There was no complimentary waters in the room. There was no breakfast but cereal.

Pros: Great. Beautiful property. Great location.
Cons: Everything was good. Room was a little small but beautiful.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel and hotel staff were great. Rooms were nice and clean, easily accessible to everything in town.
Cons: The Bistro is horrible, I completed 3 separate orders during my stay and all 3 were lost/forgotten about and I had to keep going up to get my food. Then they make it seem like your trying to get free food. The young lady had to dig in the trash to find my receipt she threw away to prove my order was placed. The bistro made the overall total experience horrible. Words of wisdom, hotel is awesome, avoid the bistro...

3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The receptionist was nice.
Cons: When we got to our room it was dirty still. There was a pile of bath towels on the bathroom floor and the bed wasn’t made. We went back to the front desk and the receptionist offered us a room at the Eisenhower next door. When we got to our new room the bathtub had back mold covering the tub and the drain was completely clogged. So we went back to Aspire and asked if we could just wait for the room we were supposed to have to be cleaned. I’m total we had to wait over an hour from we got to the hotel to get into a clean room. I paid $200 for this room which was wayyy too much. Also there was a used bar of soap in the shower after the second time they had cleaned our room.
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: I was right to be skeptical based on previous reviews. Upon arrival our door was unlocked. One of the comforters had blood on it and the blankets provided upon complaining were dirty and full of cigarette holes as big as quarters. The floor was not vacuumed at all. The only positive was the size of the room. My daughter slept with her sweatshirt hoodie up because of the stains on the pillows. Just disgusting.
4.0 Okay
Pros: the pool was cool
Cons: a lot. it was being renovated. dust and bugs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: HUGE rooms for the family. It came with a pull out couch, so everyone had sleeping quarters. There was a great breakfast, arcade and pool to use. Plus, very close to the historic sites.
Cons: The hotel is currently under construction. We did not mind this at all, however, some might. In fact, we cannot wait to go back once they complete as it will be great once they complete!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable! And the whole staff (front desk and breakfast hostess) were very courteous!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very large and spacious.
Cons: The hotel was very outdated and looked like it hadn’t been upgraded in a very long time
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was nice. Good size. Two king beds.
Cons: TV was fuzzy. Hot tub was broken and looked like it was broke for quite awhile. Supposed to have bar poolside. Not open. In fact pool area was in terrible shape. Very dark in pool area at night. Many of the outside doors were broken . No security
1.0 Poor
Cons: The pool area had dingy carpet and a hot tub covered with old carpet remnants.

Pros: The breakfasts were great; cookies in the evening were nice; breakfast staff was nice and interacted with the customers.

Pros: The room was awesome. Spacious. Cozy We needed a break. Just a 1 nite breather. The staff were so wonderful to us. They made it worth it... But we didnt sleep well due to mattress being hard and pillows made ur ears hurt
Cons: The pillows and mattress were tough. Sheets kept coming up off the corners . And the smoke alarm had BRITE STROBING GREEN LIGHTS on wall facing bed. We cut med tape and taped over them at 1am- ish
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed the hotel though. We had a very clean, nice suite. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The ladies at the desk loaned us an auto tour cd of Gettysburg and gave us a great lead to getting gluten free food in Gettysburg. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Cons: The traffic was loud because our room was right by the main road.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room, exceptionally clean, good breakfast assortment in the morning, quiet off the beaten path location but convenient to Gettysburg attractions.
Cons: I like having a tub as opposed to just a shower. The combination of the curved sides of the brand new tubs and the provided shower gel made getting out of the tub a little difficult. But I made it so it's all good.

Pros: Beautiful lobby. Excellent Breakfast for the price.
6.0 Good
Pros: The man greeting us at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly upon check in. The room was spacious.

Pros: Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable
Cons: I booked a room with a queen bed and a sofa, got 2 queen beds and no sofa. The towel rack in the bathroom was in the shower itself. Water pressure wasn't the greatest, it would cut out for a second or two I'd the neighboring room used the sink or flushed the toilet. Pool was small, not recommended for kids who want to swim. Getting into the hotel was a chore, the sign for it is way past the entrance.
