The location was convenient.
The facilities did not match the advertisement. The rooms were very old and worn down. The blankets were torn and the bed was very uncomfortable. The lights did not work and had to be replaced. The carpet was dirty and pulling off wall. They overbooked and had to place us in different accommodations than were originally requested.
The courtyard and fire out was really great.
The room was dirty, towels stained, beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was blood on the wall, door had been kicked in at some point and not fixed. Bathroom grungy and old. Loud people. Very ghetto. I've stayed in a bad hotel but this is the worst!I didn't realize how bad the room was when we checked in because we just threw our packs in amd went out on the town. We should have asked for a refund and left. I have traveled all around the US and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's a disgrace to how cool Taos is. The door to our room was in disrepair. It very easily could have been pushed open. Security was a concern since we saw lots of shady folks hanging around when we walked back after dinner. Next is the price. I paid over XXX for a XXX room. They said it was because I booked on Priceline. Not cool. The room was filthy. One bed was missing the pillowcases. The word grungy sums it u...
staff very helpful and friendly
we were charged different amount than the priceline qoute
The staff was very friendly and it was a short walk to the plaza.
There was not a fan in the bathroom to remove the steam. There was not a screen on the window (1st floor). The locks on the entry doors seemed pretty weak. All in all, it was OK. A little overpriced for the room, but I can understand that the weekend we went was high occupancy. It was not what was expected, probably will not stay at this hotel again next year.
The hotel is old and run down. They do not go and clean your room daily.
Great value, location, quality and staff.
Frequency of room cleaning.Great hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and awesome location. A fridge in the rooms would've been helpful, but other than that we were very satisfied.
