Pros: Delightful hotel with such a warm welcome from our hosts. Lovely grounds, stylish suite and pool and delicious meals. We’d definitely stay again!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic little place close to Taroudant. Accomodation consists of bungalows set in a lush garden. Breakfast and dinner were home cooked and amazing. The best of all was the friendly welcome and care by Asma. Her cooking was the best.
Cons: Pool was not heated or heating was not switched on, which made swimming a bit too cold in December.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay les trois paons was one of the highlight of our trip. There are only three independant bungalows in a beautiful, lush marrocan garden. The bungalows are well maintained, spotless clean and well equiped. Homemade breakfast and dinner in the garden is highly recommended. The enchanting town of Taroudant is a short car drive away. The owner Thierry and his staff are perfect hosts and made us feel super comfortable. Thanks you!
Cons: nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The setting, just outside Taroudant Medina is really beautiful, and the gardens are fabulous - it's very peaceful and full of birdsong. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a lavish breakfast of omelette, different Moroccan pancakes, bread and cake. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cons: The only thing that could have been better would be if we could have stayed more than one night!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic so special and well decorated. The ambiance was beautiful ! Food and coffee was very good
Cons: Poor wifi did not work in our rooms and in the garden not too fast. Needs improvement
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself makes up for the bad road you have to take to get there. It's such a lovely place with a gorgeous pool, green gardens and huge rooms. It exceeded our expectations.
Cons: ... The road to the hotel is a gravel road, bumpy and steep at times. You should have a car to be a guest here.
7.1 Good
Cons: Quite a lot of bugs. They came to our bed and bit us. Bloodstains on the sheets. The cleanliness was really doubtful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They have a gorgeous pool that is well maintained. The room is spacious and modern. The location is ideal for someone who wants to get away from the hustle of the city and enjoy a weekend in the sun

10.0 Excellent
Pros: super friendly staff, very accommodating, nice hot shower and comfortable bed, very quiet at night. Many beautiful terrasses, laundry room available. Good selection for dinners, good breakfast included
Cons: no objection to anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We immediately felt like home, thanks to the wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. It’s a quiet, beautiful and peaceful riad. Hicham helped us find a restaurant and brought us in person. He also helped us get calling credit for our Moroccan telephone number. He is absolutely the best!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent three nights in the wonderful Riad Tafilag while we explored Taroudant and surrounds. First, we highly recommend at least a couple day stay in Taroudant. The city is beautiful with its intact wall and authentic Moroccan experience. The Sunday souk and its animal market are an especially interesting visit. A guided walking tour of the nearby village of Tiout and its palmerie and kasbah are also a treat. The staff at the hotel are amazing and very helpful. In addition to a pleasant room and modern bathroom, our room (Argana) also had a private terrace facing the courtyard with a comfortable couch and curtains for privacy. One of the better rooms we have had in Morocco. There are also many other sitting areas throughout the riad. The wi-fi was great. The riad also organized a walking tour of Tiout with the guide Adnane for most of a day. He was a great guide, who in addition to the walking tour, took us to see camels belonging to nomads and goats in the Argon trees. A highly recommended day. Look no further for a place to stay in Taroudant.
Cons: I really can't think of anything.
7.5 Good
Pros: Moroccan decor items tucked into nooks and crannies.
Cons: The bed didn’t have a top sheet between us and the quilt and the quilt had pilled. Also the room felt quite cramped.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central, comfortable rooms and very nice staff. Would highly recommend if in Taroudant.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect! Such a beautiful riad! We had a very comfortable stay and comfortable sleep, the room has a heating system, which is so important in winter (and not all the places has it). The stuff was very nice. Parking was quite ok (a few minutes walk). The riad was quite a gem! Loved the big maps on the walls. Breakfast was lovely.
Cons: The hamam was out of order... We wanted to try it. And the city itself was very chaotic and dirty.

Pros: Where do you start... the hosts were wonderful, warm and nothing was too much trouble. The whole riad is a work of art. The rooms are beautiful and the gardens are lovely. Thank you Guy and Sandrine for making everything perfect down to the last detail.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful little riad near Taroudant. We stayed for 3 days and we were spoiled. It is the most wonderful place, so much charm. Guy and Sandrine as well as the rest of the people working there are so helpful and friendly. They mske you feel at home and there are so many nice details to the place. We loved it - Thanks
Cons: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hospitality by Guy and Sandrine at this charming riad. I really enjoyed the wonderful garden and its resident peacocks and other birds, the inventive and delicious food, and the overall calm and relaxing environment. They have an extensive knowledge of sights to see in the region. They also have really hot water and good shower pressure, in-room AC/heating units, a hammam, a swimming-pool, and a bar. Truly a perfect place. I would go back without hesitation.
Cons: Nothing.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hosts were exceptional.
Cons: Coffee and drinks were readily available when you asked for them but we were expecting a visible coffee shop and bar on site.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just so perfect and extra special. We can't wait to return!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sandra and Guy were the most fantastic hosts. A fabulous range of excursions is available from the Riad (with guide and driver). But there is in fact no need to leave the Riad! It is a sanctuary of relaxation. The dinner and breakfast are first class. Beautiful dining room. There is a lovely garden at the back with lots of different animals to keep the children amused. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. There is even a hammam to relax in after a long day out.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a very beautiful riad, tastefully designed. The garden and pool area are spacious and well maintained. We had an excellent diner. Also very nice owners. So don’t hesitate and book this hidden gem!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fantastic- the owners, the food, the place itself, all absolutely brilliant. Sandrine and Guy were incredibly helpful. A really beautiful and relaxing environment.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place with a massive garden full of animals (including dogs, cats, chicken, ducks, peacocks and turtles). Many nice corners to relax, both shaded and in the sun. Decoration and design of the riad is impressive. Very friendly staff. Great advice on dagtrips/facilities.
Cons: Right next to a mosque. No lunch available. Some guiding info while serving the surprise dinner would add to the experience.

9.5 Excellent (107 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with lovely decor. The Riad itself was beautiful and we enjoyed the heated pool (only heated pool at all the places we stayed at)! The food was excellent - the breakfast and evening meal were delicious. Finally our hosts were delightful - so helpful and friendly I wish we had stayed longer than one night.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners. The cooking. Wine and beer. The ambiance. The location
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extremly nice hosts, beautiful riad neatly decorated in Mediterranean style.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Marc and his wife are the best chef in Marocco! Everything, from breakfast to dinner, from yogurt and desserts to meat is homemade, and it's excellent. A real surprise, absolutely recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming host, good diner and breakfast. Lovely and clean pool and the jacuzzi in the evening is wonderfull !
Cons: Location
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Owners were friendly and helpful.
Cons: No restaurants close by. Need a car to get anywhere. However, it was very quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts were lovely, with homemade conserves. We really liked the décor and the pool/Jacuzzi area. The sun terrace was a tranquil place to spend a few hours. The rooms were luxuriously decorated. The evening meal in the restaurant was very pleasant. Marc (the host) is a very friendly and helpful man and luckily, his English is better than our French!
Cons: When we arrived we weren't shown around or told about keys/dinner/breakfast etc. I'm not sure if this was because more guests arrived just after us, or if we were English speakers and the owners weren't quite sure how to communicate, but whatever the reason, we did feel a little unsure what to do when we first arrived. Maybe a leaflet/booklet written in English would help? After we wandered around for a while, we were eventually offered some tea and later, I managed to find out about dinner arrangements. After this, Marc proved to be very friendly and accommodating, and was an excellent host.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly Belgium couple, who try to arrange all your wishes! in 2 weeks Marokko, Anma was the only Riad, where the rooms were cleaned daily Annik`s cooking is exeptional! Really enjoyed our stay
Cons: hard to find - so make sure you have the telephone-number - then you will be picked up from the main road

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and very nice dinners. The best desserts we had all trip, and amazing pastilla was prepared for us. Our kids had a blast playing on the hotel grounds. They organized two nice guided trips for us to Tiout and Imoulass. It is in a great location to explore Taroudant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife was ill and the staff were so helpful and caring. We felt very well looked after.
Cons: Wifi could have been faster at times.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: The dinner was not so good. The pastilla was very dry and overcooked. The service in the dinner was very slow and had a little bit mess. The waiter brought a bread right before the desert!! I guess he got to remember!!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooftop was amazing and also the seating areas around the pool and the garden were breathtaking
Cons: The stay was perfect, nothing to complain about
9.0 Excellent
Pros: At this amazing hotel you'll find a little slice of heaven in a otherwise slightly chaotic town. The staff are very friendly and are genuine. The problem with the wifi, that other people in the past had, has been solved with a little wifi router that you can borrow from the reception. Will definitely come back for another stay!
Cons: The pool is ice cold, even with 32°C. Other than that everything is exceptional!

Pros: Absolutely tranquil and a pure pleasure to spend time here. Lovely host and beautifully inspired French/Morrocan architecture. I totally recommend spending a couple of nights here.
Cons: Make sure you have clear directions it can be hard to find even though it's not far.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast with friendly welcoming hosts. Peaceful surroundings with lovely gardens and pool. If you choose to dine here expect a five star dining experience.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a little paradise with garden and pool. With French owners, we felt comfortable putting on shorts and relaxing by the pool. After a week in long pants and shirts it was a nice change. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The whole property is new and lovely. We chose to have dinner there and the food was good. The owners, Helene and Julien, are kind and helpful.
Cons: Nothing. It was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful grounds, very friendly and helpful hosts, stylish and comfortable room, good breakfast
Cons: Wasn't that easy to find, you might struggle if you don't speak french
6.3 Good
Pros: Pretty garden.
Cons: Out of the way. No evening meal available when we were there, which meant driving into the town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location - walkable to Taroudant medina, but really peaceful, rural setting. Lovely gardens with a good pool (even if it was a bit cold in January)! Comfortable rooms with everything you might need, all in good working order. Delicious food and really friendly and helpful owners and staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the garden and the design of the rooms opening onto it. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Comfy beds, spacious rooms. Good bathroom one of the best we had in Morocco.
Cons: We did not have satnav and found this tricky to find down a dirt track. It was well sign posted once on the track... It was a good location near the town, peaceful and a little oasis so lots going for it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool and the garden are big and enjoyable. The recommendation to visit the tannerie nearby was well received. It was interesting to learn about the process and we got better deals in the leather shop than in the souks of the Medina. The food was great and a welcome change from all the tajine's of the south. It's a bit expensive knowing that you can get dinner for less than half of the price, but the french-moroccan cuisine from Helene and Julien is definitely worth it! We would definitely recommend having dinner here.
Cons: Nothing really negative, but if we need to highlight something.. Travelling the south of Morocco, we noticed the hosts were very engaged at check-in with a lot of tips & tricks while drinking tea. When arriving in the Jardin, we received a glass of orange juice and were left to rest and install without any information or tips/tricks about the region. We had to ask the hosts for all the formation we needed, but when we engaged them they were very open and helpful. The hosts moved to Morocco about 10 years ago and all facilities are still very comfortable and clean, however you notice it is not new anymore.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Le Jardin des Epices is an excellent place to stay if you're visiting the Taroudant region and are willing to find a cosy and calm spot. The owners are very kind and will make sure your stay is pleasant. The rooms are sparkingly clean, quiet and well furnished. You will get the opportunity to taste some home made products for the breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Garden, room, breakfest, cleanliness and comfort like at home

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Family room was big, breakfast was very nice. Staff very attentive and helpful. Really good experience.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owner/manager is charming and attentive. He did everything in his power to make our stay comfortable. He drove us into the central square so we could have dinner and then collected us later. However, while he speaks French his English is almost non-existent. The house, once a family home, is faded and quirky but our hosts charm and desire to please more than made up for any shortcomings. All in all, highly recommended.
Cons: While the owner/manager was wonderful the location is not convenient unless you are driving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host is very service minded and helps with everything and is standing ready every minute of the day for his guest with high services. Very good rooms, clean - well thought through with an eye for detail. Breakfast is a feast - with lots of different choices on the table
Cons: It was a little out of the center - about 15-20min walk to the main square - but the host is always willing to bring you there (and pick you up) with his car Some people might feel overwhelmed by the high level of service attitude of the owner.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Internet was faster than in other riads. Private parking.
Cons: There was no working heater in the room and temperatures are pretty low in January. Breakfast was very basic and unattractive.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The host was very helpful and a good source of information, at times slightly patronizing. Laundry without extra charge. Free transport to taxi stand upon departure. Breakfast sumptuous. Accomodation offered everything you could think of, even a sewing kit.
Cons: Heating in room stopped working on last day. Breakfast area freezing cold. Not a typical Moroccan riad. Although all necessities were provided for, the accomodation was rather basic and soulless.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super Ali
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Riad Asma is easily accessible just inside the city walls. Mr Ali was an amazing host - he could not do enough for us, including washing our clothes, dropping us off and picking us up from a restaurant in town and providing tea, water and the most delicious orange juice whenever we wanted it. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety including boiled eggs, olives, fresh bread a selection of preserves. We would not hesitate to recommend this place for a stay in Taroudant!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything...especially kind host and clean room
Cons: nothing..everythlngs are perfect

Pros: Very welcoming riad and absolutely lovely guest Mr. Ali will make anything to accomodate any request you might have. Five stars all the way.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole setting is above and beyond. More beautiful than the pictures suggest. Staying within the walls of a botanical garden was a dream coming true. The peacocks, the turtles, the flowers, the pools - this is a real secret garden. And the design of the rooms and other area’s is so tasteful too.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the botanical gardens and the peacocks are wonderful. Its great to relax for one or two days, Tourandant was a bit of an disappointment.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Dar al Housson is a beautiful (real true) riad with peacocks, cats, turtles and good old dog Max walking around. The Interior of The rooms and common areas with its cosy fireplaces is absolutely smashing.
Cons: Do note that the superior room Eucalyptus, in which we were staying, is quite a dark room. When we asked for a brighter room we were told the hotel was fully booked. However, during our 3 night stay we were one a the few guests (with The benefit that we had the pool for ourselves). One of the owners/managers is a grumphy French man. I would suggest to replace its office from the common area to a more private area as his appearance/attitude is uninviting to guests.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fresh juices in breakfast buffet The quality of matters was good Loved the peacocks
Cons: Meals on the menu were overpriced We decided not to have food there if we come beck Did not like the cats and their noises
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly people, great rooms and especially gorgeous garden.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The gardens were beautiful, the restaurant staff were doing their best but needed a little more training. The owners clearly adore cats luckily we do too!
Cons: Reception staff were going through the motions. Our upgraded room (which we paid full rate for ) had been recently built ( or so we were told) smelt of stuffy damp plaster we woke in the night with very dry throats quite unpleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere was unpretentious, uncontrived from the typical luxury hotel experience. The staff was lovely, the food was great, the pool was fresh, the room was comfortable and the gardens wore unbelievably beautiful.
Cons: Time flew to fast :(!

Cons: Missing air conditioning Towels missing in one room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and super friendly family that make sure you have a great experience. Ahmed is a certified guide who gave us a great introduction to the Oasis of Tiout. We were warmly welcomed and got tea and amazing beautiful homemade cookies. The food, homemade by his wife, was the best we have had on our trip. They even have an outdoor oven for bread. The traditional lounge area behind the garden really completes the oasis experience, surrounded by almond blossoms and colourful rugs under a canvas cover. We could read there all day. Also the sunrise from the roof is not to be missed for views across the oasis and the entire valley to the mountains. Ahmed gave us such a complete tour of the oasis we felt confident to explore again on our own the following day. Definitely recommend to stay here for a tranquil and relaxing visit to this stunning oasis.
Cons: Keep in mind, Ahmed (the homeowner) is always improving the experience for guests. My only issues were that the showerdrain was clogged with other peoples hair and it stopped the water from draining. Other than that i would've preferred a bed that wasn't as hard, but my friend didn't mind that as much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ahmed, the host was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great talks with him and he took us a tour around the town. His family made us great foods. This authentic house is located in a small friendly town near an oasis. Overall this was our favourite accomodation during our 8 days trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best accommodation of our 3 weeks tour in Morocco. We really felt like at home. Great hospitality. We had a great welcome tea, and a beautiful walk around the oasis. Dinner was delicious too and we had the pleasure to spend some time with our host and his children. Room is honest, super clean and comfy.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with two heated pools. Excellent food...more options for lunch than dinner. Great, affordable selection of Moroccan wines. Several WiFi hotspots including one for each set of rooms meant we always had a good connection. A perfect way to spend two nights. The town itself was just ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's just a little outside of Taroudant, which makes a big difference in terms of ambient noise, lights, etc.. The gardens are wonderful, the staff is very professional, the restaurant always had well-prepared selections.

Pros: Palais Oumensour is a very beautiful Riad. We had a great room and the staff was very friendly. Aimet showed us the souks and the city of Taroudant. Also diner was very nice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb staff, spacious rooms and inviting pool amidst slightly faded elegance
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful people! Very nice atmosphere. Beautiful Pool & Court yard. We have checked out other Riads and this one really is the best in Taroudannt!!
Cons: Close to perfect! Only details like biiiiig bathroom but tiny toilet. The Charme of an old Riad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the highlight of our trip. We stayed in six beautiful riads while in Morocco and this was our favourite. The place is exceptionally curated and professionally run to a standard that sets it apart from other stays in Morocco. There is a beautiful courtyard area with pool and lounge spaces (and luckily when we were there, three kittens!!). The room was huge and impeccably decorated. The staff were kind, helpful and had great English. The location is well situated in the chilled city of Taroudant (in our opinion better than Marrakesh). Do not hesitate to book. Will definitely recommend a return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful room off terrace, stahh always polite and helpful
Cons: Very satisfied
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hidden paradise of Taroudant.
6.0 Good
Pros: Setting was beautiful and staff was friendly
Cons: You had to give them advance notice if you want lunch or dinner. We arrived hungry but had to go out for lunch
9.6 Excellent
Pros: atmosphere, rooms with delicate interior and design, good mattrass, pool, location, friendliness. Rooms are tidied up real clean. We received a room upgrade. Can totally recommended the place.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the music played on the patio is there till around 23:00 (noise from patio can be heard in rooms). This might be a bit of a nuisance for early risers who wish to sleep at that time.

Pros: Fantastic place Very clean, quiet and comfi Very nice staff
Cons: - The sinks in the bath room were too shallow - just kidding, one previous guest complaint about that :) - the bathroom was not separated bu a door from the sleeping room Other than that - fantastic place to stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was lovely, the food ‘ beef tajine’ delicious, the staff so so friendly - room was huge and very comfortable. Just a fantastic oasis.
Cons: Nothing. It was divine.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful place to stay! Friendly staff. Absolutely recommendable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool was beautiful and needed in such hot weather. Jacuzzi is a nice extra.
Cons: Air con didnt work. Staff fighting very loudly at 8am. Guests banging on hotel dooe at 6.30am and this went on for ages and the hotel phone kept ringing. Guests arrivibh at 1am very noisey. Breakfast not as good as expected. Dinner expensive for what you get.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's not in the middle of the city, but for us was great- travelling by motorbikes, Very clean and great atmosphäre, Dinner in the Riad was very good.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: payment in cash
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Old bed blankets that are placed in the closet and not like one would expect in winter on the bed. So I’m basically had to make my bed. Towels where not in the room and were left on a dusty table outside the room. The room smelled like an old closet. I was expecting to get to this riad and enjoy their hamam experience but after this unattractive first impression I decided to forget about the hamam. To complete the anti-relaxing there was almost no hot water to shower. My advice avoid this riad, hey just avoid staying at Taroudant all together is not worth it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Arrived around 10pm from the airport. We were let in, and shown our room (no concerns about payment first) - and it was a lovely room. Beautifully lit pool area. Breakfast was good and every one helpful. Plenty of parking outside.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place at the very centre of Taroundant, the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was cosy and stylish. Very nice experience. I would come back surely.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We loved the position of the riad (center of taroudant) with the possibility of parling in front of the entrance, the terrace and the breakfast and also the staff, that has been really nice.
Cons: Please, put a DOOR to go to the bathroom. There is a simple curtain that doesn't give any privacy. Even if we were a couple was a little embarassing going to the toilet in such small room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very polite and happy to make you feel comfortable. Great location with nice sunny terrace
Cons: Some of its mattresses are not very confortable. Breakfast is the same every day, a little boring for those who stay longer, however they can make it different if you ask.

Pros: Clean, centally located and friendly staff

Pros: Mohammed was very pleasant and helpful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The riad we stayed in was amazingly beautiful. We really enjoed one night staying there. The bedroom was nicely furnished and the most amazing thing was the breakfast we had, which I would rate as the most amazing among all we had in Morocco. The host was a very nice person and made all his best to make our stay comfortable.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location just about 10 minutes walk from the main square, but tucked away in a small and quiet side alley. My room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Decoration is rather opulent, bordering on kitsch. Good and generous breakfast. Overall okay, but with a few annoyances, and slightly overpriced IMO.
Cons: The walls of the room don't seem to provide any noise isolation, you hear everything that happens in the riad as if it were directly by the bed. It was virtually impossible to control the TV, as the remote was not sending the correct codes. After a lot of trial and error, I found at least a button that would switch channels one by one (ie, do what CH+ should). And about 500 clicks later, I found the first english-speaking channel (BBC world) and stuck with it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had here the very best meal of our whole holidays in Morocco, delicious but a bit too generous. The decoration of the riad is also really worth the stay.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great dinner. Make sure to be starving as the amount of food is impossible to finish. The patio is beautiful
Cons: The room and furniture was quite old and not beautiful. The owner mainly interacted with french guests and pretty much ignored the rest. I could not get cash from the bank as it did not except my card. I had to pay in cash and when I asked if I could pay in euro the owner wanted to charge me an extra of 15EUR. After some negotiating he went down to 10EUR on top of the exchange rate.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was fair overall but the pancakes were very greasy.
Cons: Dark, claustrophobic, not allowed on roof terrace. Some staff surly. Bathroom flooded after we took a shower. When we told the cleaner she looked at us as if we were mentally deficient and asked why we did not lift up the drain cover and remove the ball of tissue. Silly us!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was great experience to stay in riad for first time. Staff is not speaking english, but it was possible to communicate with them in other ways :) good vibes there. It was fun.
Cons: All was good!!!:)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Highly recommend eating at the Riad for and amazing dinner!! (although make sure you’re hungry, it’s a lot!). Friendly and helpful staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was large with a side room and ensuite. The bed linen was v comfortable. There was air con if needed. The room looked over the garden and for Morocco to hear birds singing was lovely. The meal was out of this world. Really worth the 400 mad for Two people. It's a feast. Book it early though as you need to give a days notice. Latifa is a wonderful cook and person. Mr Habib a kind and thoughtful host.
Cons: There were renovations taking place. But that won't be forever

Pros: Location is very good
Cons: The hotel was not clean at all
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, right between the tourist area and the centre of the city. Manager was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and area quiet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: THE LOCATION IS UNREAL! Also, the building has great rustic charm (not sure why people complained/gave poor reviews because of this - the look has NOTHING to do with the quality of the stay). Our room was clean, had a spacious bathroom and a really cute little outside catwalk for us to people watch/dry laundry. For the price, this place couldn't get any better.
Cons: Reeeeeeally uncomfortable pillows. They have those ridiculous obelisk body pillows instead of the normal rectangular ones.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is advitised as having a restaurant which it hasn't.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The history of the hotel, quietness and proximity of everything
Cons: More TV channels.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Great location close to the centre.
Cons: The bathroom was quite dirty and the bed was not very comfortable to sleep in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location right in the Medina. Also the private parking place was very convenient. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. All together good value for money.
Cons: A bit outdated and small room, but fine for one or two nights.
8.3 Excellent

Cons: n/a
