Pros:

I rented a full size SUV. It specifically stated 7 passengers. When I went to pick up my rental it was a small suv that only had room for 5 at most.

Cons:

I rented through kayak. It was booked by hertz through priceline. I tried to sort out the vehicle size issue through both of them and neither would help me. Priceline blamed it on hertz and hertz blamed it on priceline.

Staff were professional, car was as it should be. Only tip, pay for the upgrade in size and maybe to an SUV if you're traveling long distance and have knee issues. Most of the cars they offer sit very low and it can be a challenge getting in and out of them.
