Pros: The hotel is very interesting and has a lot of stories.
Cons: The champion of the snowmobile
Pros: Room was clean and very comfortable.
Cons: The back door was always open. You didn't need your key card to get in after hours. Definitely a safety issue.
Pros: Our room was very clean.
Cons: The staff didn't seem that knowledgeable about the Cranberry Fest or infomative.
Pros: Continental breakfast was amazing!!! Offered excellent parking for boats and trailers too. Pool was never crowded. Let us stay an extra pay check in with arrangements.
Cons: Always had to ring bell for someone to be at front desk.
Pros: Walk into our room and it was already cooled down, since outside it was 85. So nice not to have to wait.
If you are staying more than 1 night and like to unpack your clothing in your room, there isn't much space for hanging. There is no the most at and took us a while to cool the room to where we liked it (room was very hot when we got there). There is a wonderful restaurant down the street, Lief's Cafe, for breakfast if you don't care for microwaved food. Although we didn't use the pool, we were impressed that it is open to adults 24 hours a day.
Pros: Beds are very comfortable. Inside of hotel has a nice rustic feel, very well decorated.
Cons: Little closet space. Hot part of breakfast consisted of prewrapped food in the fridge that needed to be microwaved.
I would definitely book there again. They were very accommodating.
Pros: The room was good sized and clean. The breakfast that was included each morning was very good. A lot of variety. The staff on the day shift were very friendly and helpful
Cons: The gentleman working the night shift was a little cranky and kind of short with us. Not very pleasant.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Wifi didn't work well and no closet. Poor choice for a business traveller.
Pros: Very nice. Clean, roomy. The hotel met all my expectations. I will definitely stay here in the future, and search for other Best Western Plus locations.

Pros: It was located in the center of the action. Easy to get to. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Pros: We loved that it was located on the main street of Eagle River and you could walk to everything. I loved the screened front porch. I also liked the new shower/whirl pool bath.
Pros: Very clean. Great for a stop over in the area.
Pros: It is right in downtown, so there are many things within walking distance. It is an older building with outdated decor ('quaint' as my elderly father put it), but it was very clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed.
Cons: The ac is window units. The rooms are outdated but if your looking for a hard bed and a toilet it's there.
Pros: Two beds and kitchen
Cons: kitchen not stock with anything

Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location, good prices, and private parking slots.
Pros: The price to stay in the heart of Eagle River was very good!
Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable, but everyone likes their mattress different.
It's rundown, but tidy. The staff was helpful but this isn't a place for families.
Pros: The location was great for being downtown.
Cons: The room reeked of cigarettes. I had no idea there was smoking in hotels in 2015. I was disgusted and had to spray air freshener to get to sleep.

Pros: I'll stay again
Cons: All was great
Cons: No elevator
Pros: The only part I liked was leaving
Cons: The lady at the desk as rude and VERY unprofessional. The place was WAY over priced....They should have given me the discounted rate or given me the room for free after I had to change rooms because of the loud noises. I will NEVER stay in a Super 8 again

Cons: Pool rooms
Pros: the staff was good
Cons: room wasn't cleaned like it should have been broken toilet seat and no maintance to repair it had to tape it together myself no other room to change to
Fridge was useful since we bought some smoked fish in town.
Pros: Location in the main reason we have stayed at this hotel several times in the past several years. This time we had breakfast and enjoyed the hot-off-the-griddle make-your-own waffles.
Cons: The carpet in the room felt slightly sticky when I took off my shoes and walked around in my socks. I had noticed this in another room just two weeks ago, so it would seem that this is probably true for all rooms.
