8.8 Excellent
Pros: Anna did a great job. I got in late and she was there to meet me. I had to leave before breakfast and she came in early to make me some breakfast before I had to leave at 7:30PM.
Cons: Small room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding
Cons: We will choose a larger room next time we come, and we definitely plan to do that!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is absolutely wonderful. It is not similar to any of the hundreds of hotels and guesthouses I have visited all over the world. The house is beautiful. All furniture, decorations and furnishings come from the 18th century or are stylized for this age. The nicest place is the porch, which is a smaller version of the porch from "Gone with the Wind". All women can feel like Scarlet O'Hara
7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely typical house. Excellent breakfast. Michael - who took care of our breakfast and checkout - has ben a perfect host.
Cons: The bathroom was not very comfortable. It is private, but not in the room. It’s across the corridor. This was not clear to us from Booking.com website when we reserved. The shower - described as "a luxurious shower” - is in a short bath tub hence not big, it's under a pitched/sloping roof not suitable for people taller than 168 cm, and it’s in the dark due to a thick curtain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Totally beautiful classic B&B with friendly and attentive staff. We had the Poet’s Loft which was gorgeously decorated with a little Arabian Nights flair and a stunning modern en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was very romantic as it was just cool enough to sit at our own private table on the porch.
Cons: Bed was a little lumpy.
7.0 Good
Cons: Poor lighting & air circulation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is such a wonderful surprise in every way. Stunning decor, gracious service, almost otherworldly in it's level of beauty and style.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The styling of the home, and the surrounding and the homey feeling of the place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My mom and I absolutely LOVED our stay!! The house is beautiful, breakfast was delicious and amazing and exceeded my expectations. Monique is wonderful. I can’t wait to go back. Also her dog violet is adorable!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location to downtown, but on quiet street. Nice area for morning walk. Lovely home and owners very accommodating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the room with a balcony. It was wonderful to be able to sit out on the porch and see the back yard.
Cons: It was hard to get a word in between the owner and another male guest at breakfast. They dominated the conversation and didn’t leave much room for anyone else to talk. I think I said one sentence before I was interrupted by the owner. He was not a good listener.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This place is has it all - good location within walking distance of downtown, friendly+interesting hosts, yummy breakfast, and all the dolls you could hope for. I was expecting all that actually, but was pleasantly surprised by two more things: nice snacks/drinks/games available anytime downstairs, and the water/plumbing is great (not the case for many Victorian homes!).
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast delicious. Bed comfortable. It was hot outside but very cool in house. Nice place
Cons: Distance from town was not too far but weather was hot so it seemed longer
6.3 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: The dolls.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The proprietors, Phil and Betty, were very hands on and had everything to do with an enjoyable stay. Their priority is their guests and their comfort. Great breakfasts and good guidance for activities and restaurants. Dinner choices were just a short walk away. Comfortable bed and claw foot tub. Good porch for sitting. Phil and Betty keep the property in good shape.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay at the Hollerstown Hill B&B. The room and bed were very comfortable and the atmosphere of the house was wonderfully quaint and friendly. The free wine bar was a very nice touch!

Pros: The staff were amazing Good location. Big rooms If staying a while we’ll equipped
Cons: No room safe The air con in my room didn’t work The pillows were old and not comfy Biggest dislike was the obvious food on carpet in bedroom by bed and kitchen Noise from the air con in room was so loud (222) Sadly I wouldn’t come back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel with nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Complimentary popcorn was a huge hit with our son - thanks!
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. Hotel should invest in a second waffle machine and second waffle dispenser. The line was always too long for a hungry six year old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shower is amazing! We over all loved the room!
Cons: The light bulb was out above the dinning room table.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The night time staff closed the pool and whirlpool area early so we could not enjoy it the night of our stay. Since we go up early the next morning we were able to enjoy it then. We would have liked to enjoy it both times. The bed was very uncomfortable.

7.0 Good
Pros: Room is nice.
Cons: I do not like that weekend housekeeping is by request only. I felt uncomfortable asking for it, so I did not. I feel that there should be a discount since you do not receive full service.it seems the hotel benefits from weekend rates and less services provided. Receptionist did let us know we could come to the desk for towels and trash bags. As the weekend progressed trashcans overflowed in public areas. Public restroom and pool area not attended. Breakfast was meh with little to choose from and very crowded with poor seating availability. Not impressed.
6.8 Good
Cons: Room seemed very small for a suite
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet roomy.
Cons: The sliding door to the bathroom did not close. We really objected to the selected parking which made it very confusing. We all pay the same rate and should be able to park wherever we please regardless of how eco-friendly our vehicles are! It was very annoying an inconvenient!!!!
6.8 Good
Pros: I loooooove the lady at the front desk. She was enthusiastic and caring.
Cons: The bed sheets were not clean :(
8.3 Excellent

Pros: I have my dog, and the room the I got was so convenient for me to walk her from my room
Cons: The TV system, I don’t know if they have satellite but the night I stayed, it rained hard and the channels was knocked out. I was trying to watch the playoffs.
4.5 Okay

Cons: Room was not very clean desk chair was filthy with stains and still had crumbs from someone eating and table was still dirty where someone ate Shower had barely any water coming out of water saver shower head Coffee in lobby was empty on arrival at 3 pm. Cons: The room was a little warmer than I like for sleeping, even though I had it set for 66 it stayed 71.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean, shower was nice and easy to use.
7.0 Good
Cons: The breakfest wasn't good, everything was not Marriott's standards. And if I knew the hotel allow dogs, I would have never stayed here. Dogs arent people. Hotels are a place to relax, not be on edge bc of dogs. They are unpredictable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for all of the events I was attending. The room was clean and quiet. Great place to stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spacious, friendly staff
Cons: Hard beds. No pull through to unload luggage and of course it was pouring rain when we arrived with my elderly grandmother. Too bad because besides the hard beds and pull up, it was a 10 out of 10.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: There should be 1 mirror outside the bathroom for women to do their makeup!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool area
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was cleaned every day Free coffee available at entrance Close to shops
Cons: Hallways could use vacuuming Coffee and tea were not replenished automatically in room
9.5 Excellent
Cons: There was not one full-length mirror anywhere. We were there for a wedding so it would have been nice to have a mirror somewhere in the room--the only one available was in the bathroom. We travel quite a bit and this is not the norm. It was enough of an issue that it could be a deal-breaker for a future booking.

Pros: location was nice and the overall layout of the hotel was good. The workers cleaned our rooms daily and did a great job.

Cons: Brunch staff wasn't the most friendly.

6.3 Good
Pros: Room was lovely, big and clean. Maids were very friendly and made you feel welcome. 24hr coffee available, basketball, BBQs you can use, pool - all excellent but not obvious or advertised.
Cons: The breakfast was really not up to what I would expect from somewhere charging so much, no bacon! Reception staff were not friendly at all. TV has a really odd guide and not much choice.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, accommodating staff
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stay here every year on our way down South, it’s a great “pit stop”, in a nice location, with shopping and good eats all around you
4.3 Okay
Cons: I reserved a king room and then got to my room to see they gave me what they call two queen beds but are more like 2 full. Went to the front to find out they over booked the king rooms and said that they couldn’t do anything about it no kind of compensation or refund. And on top of that some sort of siren went off in the middle of the night and the elevator wasn’t seeming to be working in the morning. For what I paid I won’t be staying here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and the staff was great.
7.0 Good
Cons: Front desk tried to put us in a room type that did not match what I booked. I had to call down once at the room, where I was told ‘ we don’t put suites on booking.com’ and a laugh. Of course - I did in fact book a jr suite on the booking.com site. We eventually receynew room keys and a new room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The desk clerk who signed us in was exceptionally helpful and polite. She noticed that my mother was elderly and used a cane and offered to change our room to something more accessible. I appreciated that she was so attentive. The waitress who served us dinner was also lovely and helpful.
Cons: The drains in the bathtub and sink were a little slow to empty.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I booked 2 nights, but they only had me scheduled for one night, so I had to pack up and leave the next morning
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was in a safe quiet area.
Cons: The double toilet paper dispenser was broken. Both sides had an opening on the outside of the mechanism and both sides would not stay latched on. In my opinion, it is an easy and cheap replacement, so it is inexcusable for customers to have to experience.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed comfortable, coffee in room , microwave, fridge, spa pool
Cons: Swimming pool water needs to be warmer

6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean, wifi was very good, and the coffee at breakfast was good. The free and fresh cookies were also very good.
Cons: This was not a typical Fairfield Inn & Suites, which we like and seek out. The room was small. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The vanity area was dark and not well lit at all. We think it had been a different hotel and was changed to Fairfield.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was good. Right off the highway. Free breakfast included as well. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The bathtub had some rust-looking spots. It was clean, but looked dirty due to the discoloration. A shelf next to the sink was coming out of the wall. The TV didn't work. The free breakfast was fine, but found the individual milk bottles to be spoiled.
7.5 Good

Cons: Wish the pool was a little bigger. It was nice to have the outside patio though!
6.8 Good
Cons: After I booked the hotel through booking it said that my total was $154.92. Which that is all the room was supposed to be. After checking in and checking my bank account I noticed that I was charged $180 instead of $154.92. I then asked the lady at the front desk why it was that much and she said it was a safety deposit encase something would break it would cover it and that the $30 should be refunded within 7 days. I just wish that they would have told me that when initially checked into the hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel was nice ,clean and breakfast was nice
Cons: I thought it was overpriced

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nope
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean friendly staff.
Cons: I didn’t like that they are one of the only hotels that do not offer a continental breakfast.
6.8 Good
Cons: I booked the room @ $139 knowing I was getting a Jacuzzi suite. Upon check in I did not and had to change rooms and pay more for the room I had already reserved. I had to preclean the jacuzzi before even using it. The bed was so so but the noise was horrible!! Between the highway traffic and the garbage pick up you could not sleep very well if your a light sleeper.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the ease of check in and check out. That’s it
Cons: The cafe in the hotel was subpar and they need to rotate their inventory to discard spoiled items. Also the cleaning staff did not spruce up the room after our first night. They informed the front desk that they had done the room when we inquired. Upon entering the room after our activities of the day, you could clearly tell that was not truthful. We asked that the room be done while we were at dinner.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

Pros: The breakfast was good. It was separated from lounge where the Television was located but yet you could view the television from a table where you ate. I actually liked the set up because you could move to the lounge to watch and hear the television with your breakfast without the noise of people moving around you. The hotel was surrounded by fields of corn and you could walk to Wal-mart or eat out at Applebee's. You couldn't have picked a better location.
Cons: I had no complaints what so ever.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean & the bed was nice. It is right off the highway which is nice!
Cons: Signage for the property could be a big better especially for at night! I wished I'd known there was no elevator when we checked in or at least offered the 1st floor. The Direct TV was not easy to program to get to regular TV, there were no instructions & the phone in the room did not work, so we had to go back to the front desk for the "how to" on the TV. They were apologetic, but I can't imagine we were the first to have this problem. Also, there was only a total of about 20 no charge channels & probably only about 10 that were not shopping channels.
