Cons:
We were not told until we went to pick up our reserved rental car (after being charged the $9 insurance fee) that we were not qualified to rent the car at all because we did not hold full-coverage auto insurance. We live in New Hampshire where that is not required, but since we did not have it we couldn't take the reserved rental held in our name. There was no mention of these requirements on the website when we reserved the car. I am beyond words angry with how we have been treated in this transaction and I will never use their service again!Avis

They close Saturday at noon. I showed up in the afternoon on Saturday but ended up having to come back on Monday to get the car. Staff was great, car was clean, but be aware of this limitation.10.0 Wonderful
