Is it nice? Yes. Is it worth ---night after tax? Absolutely no!
Pros: Good location. Clean room.
Cons: Our room was right next to the restaurant, and it was noisy during the nighttime. We were told there was a room in the middle to buffer the noise, but it didn't work. The heater in the bathroom was broken. The fitness center was in a different building.

Pros: This was the perfect place for me to stay in Tofino. I will be back. Very affordable, no hassles, and outstanding value. I shared the kitchen with some travellers from Germany, France, and the US, and we all shared food and stories around the breakfast/dinner table. Nick is terrific host. A true professional in his field, but without a trace of pretense that you might find elsewhere. He has a wealth of knowledge and can help you to have a lot of fun AND to save your money. Imagine that! Staying here felt a lot like staying at home - very relaxing, laid-back and comfortable. It's NOT the right accommodation for people looking for a place to party, nor is it a full-service hotel. But if you want a cozy, warm, friendly place to rest your head at night while you spend your days exploring Tofino, the Tofino Travellers Guesthouse can't be beat!
Cons: I arrived late on Jan 1st, so I missed out on the New Year's Waffles for breakfast. I'll just have to wait till April for Birthday waffles... :)

Pros: What I liked most is that I could open my door and I was on the beach
Cons: Nothing to complain of
Pros: Loved the location. It was on Mackenzie beach and super close to both Chesterman and Cox bay surf beaches. Also loved the fact it had 2 hot tubs, which was a nice way to relax after a day of surfing. This was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed in Tofino, mind you I usually camp or sleep in my car. Staff were friendly adn went out of there way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. They always had fresh fruit and cookies at the front desk.
Cons: I didn't like that I had to leave Tofino.
Pros: Good staff nice location
Cons: There is two sides to the hotel because I booked through a third party I could not up grade and was stuck in a room that was a 2 star at best and smelled like wet dog

Pros: Loved the location in town, easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Overall good value.
Cons: Room was a decent size, but wish the balcony was cleaner. Whenever we went outside tracked in a lot of dirt/small gravel no matter how hard we tried not to. Also wish part of the restaurant balcony was open to just guests hanging out and relaxing.
Nice location. Like staying in a house but with a hotel room.
Pros: Room and bathroom were really clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night.
Pros: Location, room with a balcony, renovated bathroom and in room fridge were amazing.
Cons: The near death dog out front of the door was a bit disturbing. I wasn't sure if it was deceased or if it would wake and chew my leg off.

Pros: Loved the location, easy walk to everything. Nice to have a little fridge and kitchenette.
Cons: WIFI super slow. Expect to do your own dishes; housekeeping is by request only which helps the environment I suppose but just be ready for it.
Pros: Loved the location, with very nice restaurants near by. Personnel was very kind and smiley.
Cons: Very very basic rooms,
Pros: I liked the addition of the continental breakfast this year.
Cons: They've started to not offer housekeeping unless you call before noon. What?? That's just too weird. No one came in to empty the garbage or refill the coffee. They should offer better rates with the subtraction of those services.
Pros: Staff were excellent, friendly energetic courteous and helpful.
Cons: Needs new carpet and paint immediately. New beds next, worn out. Updating of bathrooms and furniture soon.
Pros: It was nice to be close to the town where we were able to walk everywhere. Nice to accept pets n rooms very spacious. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Being on 2nd floor, was a bit of a view but was noisy from people above. Staying again would be worth going one floor higher not to have someone above. Just a little TLC needed to bring it up to date...
