Pros. The staff is awesome!! If you need assistance with anything they are more than willing to help you. I needed a taxi and asked them to call me one and they told me that it would be cheaper to go outside and hail one. Once I decided to go the cheaper route, that same staff member ran outside took all of mine and my daughter's luggage outside and hailed a taxi down for us and did not leave until he put all our bags in the taxi and we were in the taxi safe and secured. If you have never been to Japan you should know that the room is about as big as some American walkin closets but for my daughter and I it was perfect. I just did not think it was worth the amount that I paid, but in Japan that's just how it is and especially in the capital city.
Cons. I did not like the price of the room. I thought it was definitely over priced.
