This hotel is located in the tallest building in Tokyo and it offers incredible views of the city! The rooms are breathtaking and I have never experienced such incredible, all encompassing service. The concierge offered us the best sightseeing advice and we had one of the most memorable dinners in their Japanese Michelin Starred Restaurant. Oh and there's a fantastic 24hr Grocery Store located in the super posh MidTown Shopping Center adjacent to the hotel. I have to also say that compared to other Ritz-Carlton Hotels I have stayed at around the world... this is by far the best of their Hotels properties! What I didn't like was that we had to leave so soon...
i had booked a non-smoking suite. the room had clearly been smoked in - an air purifier was by the bed when i got to the room. not cool at all. the fact that there are still smoking rooms that can be 'changed' into non-smoking? plus, had an issue with business card request. hotel itself is beautiful but dealing with unexpected issues not very good-especially for the price.
warmth of the hotel too hot in the rooms
the service quality , the fully equiped room with small attentions like free shaves ,toothbrushes and also a wardrobe , the modern look and the cleanlyness of the room , the wonderful kindness of the staff no complain - standart rooms are just a bit small according to european standarts
Clean room, convenient location No wireless connection available. Japanese style breakfast only, with very limited variety.
Pretty convenient location to akasaka metro station. Great rates for tokyo. The rooms are really small.
Excellent hotel for an overnight stay or a business trip. Within decent connection distance to Narita airport (need to take underground close by) and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Vibrant area. Rooms are quite small for the price
Although we were late to check in (past 8:00pm) the staff recognized us immediately and we received prompt and courteous welcome and checkin. Room was better than expected - large enough for our needs and equipped as we requested. It was spotlessly clean. The room could use some closet space or more wall hooks to hang a few things up. The small rod provided on the wall with 3 hangers is not adequate. Oherwise it was perfect for our needs.
Rooms are very well equiped. Not to big hotel. Hall is a typical japonese design No chocolate poweder to make a chocolate milk for breakfast
Very modern and nice desig, well equipped toilet and super multifunctional shower... The hotel room was very small - we couldn't open fully the suitcase
This is a great hotel in a good location. Very near to the subway so access to all the main sights of Tokyo are easy to get to. Rooms are small but it didnt distract from the overall experience of the hotel. Could be a problem if you have large luggage. Free internet in the lobby too.
The area of the hotel is very convenient. Easy access to the metro and walking distance to a very interesting area of Tokyo. Recommended for a first visit to the city, we will probably go the there again in the future!
helpful staff, lovely clean room with all the comfort i could wish for, even the sophisticated Toto toilets and very fast free wifi the room was really tiny
Excellent room Nice bathroom Clean Staff spoke decent English Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Uphill (horribly on one side, not so bad on the other), somewhat hard to find without phone/gps, and about a 13 minute walk from the subway station. Room isn't very big. Prepare to keep your things organized to maintain space. Not good with large bags. Minimal to do close to the hotel. No rose petals on the bed.
It right in the middle of the city and close to the metro extremely small room, but ok you are in the center of Tokyo
Perfect location to enjoy Roppongi. Close to restaurants, bars, and the train station. Room had wi-fi, was clean, the staff was beyond helpful with a few who spoke english, and the breakfast was well worth it (more than just the standard buffet). Great stay, but the room was small for sure, no closet, and some of the entertainment options could be updated (TV and faster internet).
Very well situated, the room was comfortable and reasonabilly priced for Tokyo. Maybe a bit noisy because it is a lot of traffic in that area all day and night. The breakfast could be a bit broader.
For a hotel in Tokyo, the room was spacious. The internet fast, the bed comfortable and the bathroom nice. Tokyo hotel rooms are never the largest but this was a nice stay. The staff are also extremely helpful and polite. There was some noise from outside at night but this is not a complaint as I was right in the middle of the city.
Centrally located, and incredibly good value for money. facilities are very good, and rooms are clean and not cramped. My rate was great, and it included breakfast. Well, there were a lot of staff - and they weren't very friendly or helpful. This could actually be a very successful hotel with a slight change of culture, in relation to service.
The location is awesome to go out for sightseeing in Tokyo. The room was cozy and clean.
in a good location to explore Roppongi and more, would use again.
CLOSE FROM METRO. I STAYED IN 5 HOTELS DURING MY 12 DAYS STAY ON A VACATION IN JAPAN. ALL EXCEPT YOKO WERE GOOD TO EXCELLENT. YOKO WAS BAD. THE ROOMS WERE UNCONFORTABLE AND EVEN A.C WAS NOT WORKING. ON ENQUIRING WITH THE STAFF I WAS TOLD TO OPEN THE WINDOW. SERVICE AND AMENITIES WERE BELOW STANDARD.
The location, Akasaka was a nice part of the city. I don't know sufficient the town, but it's seem a good part of it. Price was very good in front of the other hotels in the area. The first nights I sleep in a smoking room. It was obviously stinking but also very small. The last night was available a no smoking room, was totally an other think, spaces too.
