Pros. My husband and I stayed here just one night. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast wonderful.
Cons. We could hear the door next to us in the other room creaking and the water running.
Pros. Staff was friendly.
Cons. Old, run down, looks remodeled from exterior but rooms are small, noisy and have that Febreeze type odor. Not a good value for the money.
Pros. My only complaint was that the bathroom fan was so loud. I was going to request a different room, but was told the fans are all that loud. However, they offered to disconnect the fan for my stay and promptly did.. This totally solved the problem! I was quite pleased with the simple solution. Also, the breakfast buffet has improved since being bought by Country Inns & Suites.
Pros. Spacious room, clean, everything functioned well, staff very friendly.
Cons. Nothing to complain about. Amazing value for the price they ask.
Pros. Very clean room, helpful & friendly staff, and great breakfast!
Pros. It was really nice and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. It was close to downtown, so very short drive to everything. Breakfast was fairly good with scrambled eggs and a make your own waffle stations. Staff was very quick to help clean tables and take care of empty plates.
Cons. The bathroom had some pink in it, but we brought it up to the front disk and they cleaned it swiftly. We were glad that they were so quick. The only other complaint is that we're there on a hot week and the A/C couldn't keep up.
Pros. helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast & pool
Cons. no rollaway beds available External hallway door did not lock, due to parts on back order Was locked out of my room several times, due to faulty door lock. Even maintenance couldn't get in with master key
Pros. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with late check in, they had a pack n' play waiting in our room upon arrival, and even made us extra bags for breakfast when we were late in the morning. There is a lot of room for a family and having an extra space for eating and a refrigerator was helpful.
Pros. Great breakfast and very friendly staff!
Pros. The staff was so friendly. And the room was big and comfortable. I loved that they had hot breakfast and the hot tub was great.
