Cons. The guest services agent was rude and hostile, but she was silent, I had to ask her what she needed. She left me sitting there wondering what happened. I had to call Priceline myself. There was a young man in training that was willing to help but could not assist due to his newness. When he asked Dee what our room number was, she did not respond. Maybe she's unhappy with like or miserable but she should not be working there. The pool was filthy and cold, the hot tub was not open. Very unsatisfied with this outdated hotel, I checked out within a few hours. I hope no one ever endures the treatment I received at this hotel. Distasteful, nasty, disrespectful behavior.
