Guests say
Overall, guests were largely dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor cleanliness, with several mentions of dirty rooms, stained sheets, bad smells, and even pests. Service was also criticized, especially regarding rude or unhelpful staff, refund issues, and inconsistent policies. Breakfast was another major point of contention, with guests frequently noting its lack of variety and quality. While a few reviews mentioned positive aspects such as good location or friendly staff, these were outweighed by the negative feedback on cleanliness, service, and breakfast.AI-Generated from customer reviews
