Pros. The bed and room were nice.
Cons. The customer service could have been better. When I checked in the man working the desk did not tell me anything unless I asked. I had to ask him about breakfast time and WiFi password. He was on his cell phone the whole time. And it Seemed to me like I was bothering him by having to check in.

Pros. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the location of the hotel. How it was in the middle of restaurants so we did not have to drive far. Staff was very nice during my 2 day stay there.
Cons. There seemed to be trouble with the elevator early in the morning, both mornings. I had to take the stairs when I wanted to go down for breakfast which wasn't bad because it was only 3 floors but this might be difficult for someone with a disability or parents with young children. They may want to check on this.

Cons. Changed rooms 3 times, first room, toilet didn't flushed, 2nd room, bulb not working in front of the mirror, which is not an issue but my daughter need a good light for her contact lenses. When I changed rm on the 2nd day, they did not clean the room. I called the front desk but housekeeping not available anymore.
