Pros. Extremely attractive hotel with perfect location by the waterfront. Easy walking distance all over town. We enjoyed our room overlooking the harbor. Gracious, helpful staff. We were happy with the Courtyard Cafe, which provided good sandwiches, coffee, and dessert for low-key suppers. Island Time Tours, booking right there in the Grand Pacific, took us to Butchart Gardens and picked us up again at our requested time. What a very nice arrangement. When it was time to leave Victoria, we chose the Victoria Airport YYJ Shuttle as more economical than a taxi. The Shuttle arrived at the front door and delivered us to the airport comfortably and in good time. We were happy in every way with our four nights at the Grand Pacific and would gladly stay there again.

Pros. Staff was great and very helpful suggesting restaurants and activities. We were able to arrange A late checkout and keep our car parked. The location was excellent and there are a lot of nearby restaurants. We had a great time.
