Distance from the center Kitchen smell on the room floor (third!!!)

I had booked a superior room and was upgraded to a suite; comfortable and quiet. Hotel is in two separate buildings.

staff help, and really take responsibility, they reply email for my request in advance, helped a lot! not really, but when normal room in same floor with restaurant, not so satisfied

The breakfast was very good! The desk person saved us from just about getting taken advantage from a Taxi. Nice desk staff and were helpful. Only free Internet is the 1 in the lobby. They wanted me to pay to be able to use my own laptop in my private hotel room and in the main lobby! Lots of other hotels give that for free! They had a refrigerated mini bar in the room but no refrigerator for our little things. We were asked not to put any of our belongings in the refrigerator except for meds and infant formula none of that we had. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion at all! I would say 1.5 to 2 stars. Also seemed like the red light district of regarding location. Had to pay for breakfast. While traveling in Czech Republic hotels had free WI-FI, free breakfast, refrigerator all included for a lot less money! Travel to Czech!

The price is ok, the position is very good for a city trip. This is not a 4 stars hotel. Bad neighbourhood. No free parking available, only in the garage for 12 euros/day.

Proximity to the train station. Clean well appointed, comfortable room. Good bathroom. Good service. Good staff. Rooms need air conditioning or fan on hot days. Refrigerator should provide space for guest food also. Room Door remains open from the outside when you occcupy the room. You have to manually lock with the room key from the inside to secure the room for the night.

Nothing! Everything was disgusting ! Totally ugly hotel. Dirty rooms and smells like sh.....

Conveniently placed near to the westbanhhof station, clean with excellent staff. Very helpful with information. comforatble lounge. Probelm with the internet service with a difference between that advertised (on Booking.com) and that actuallyavailble. There is no free wifi in the lobby.

the heating was broken ans so the temprature was below comfort level. There was no alternative room and no refund or comparable suggestion.

Just across the street from Westbahnhof station. One room was only ready after 13:00.Bed light, safe and power socket did not work. A typical "Mike Batt railway hotel" and not deserving of more than 2 stars. Totally overpriced if compared to the 4 other 3/4 star hotels we stayed in during our trip.

The location, almost adjacent to the Vienna Westbahnof station. Space for parking car in front of the hotel for short periods. Non-availability of information brochuire about sights in Vienna. Internet access is too expensive.

Main attraction for us was the location right next to the main railway station allowing easy bus access from the airport (€6) and onward rail connections to other cities such as Salzburg. Size of the 'superior room' was disappointing after we paid extra for more space. It's difficult to imagine that the cheaper rooms could be much smaller.

Close to station, safe and aircon worked TV did not work. Room smelt of cigarettes. I wasn't asked if I wanted a non-smokers room or not.

A double bed with the size of 6' x 6' and the room is clean. When we asked how to get to the Airport, the reception staff just said, "Take the Taxi!" in a very impolite way. Besides, it didn't have wireless Internet but instead, just a cable Internet but even we changed the cable twice, it didn't work. No air-conditioner and you must open the window, which was a bit noisy at night as it's just next to the road.

Not too expensive, modern, clean, basic The receptionist pretended to be aware of the local transport and recommended a most inefficient way to the city center.

The size of the room was ok. Bed was comfortable. TV was a good lcd. Hotel is close to the Schonbrunn Metro Station, which is 6-7 stations far to the center, Karlsplatz and Stephansplatz. The room was very dirty. They were not cleaning well, they were not changing towels. Although there were empty room looking to the street and that is more airy, first they gave us a room that is looking inside the building and in which you can't breath. Only after they checked and saw that toilet is dirty, they gave us better room.

The location of the hotel is good, calm but easy to reach the center.Huge renovated room. The lack of a refrigerator, the bath robe and slippers.

I lived in more than one hundred of hotels in my life. This was the only one without a carpet on the floor!!!???!!! It's definitely not a four star hotel! In some countries could get 2 stars.

The room was clean, the hotel is rather far from the city centre but close to Shinbrunn castel and to a metro station The hotel is located in a restricted parking area: this isn't claimed on the hotel website and the staff didn't tell us. The result is that I should pay a 20 € fine

location is very good. near tram, subway, restaurant. not far to reach the downtown.

Try to get the garden room, we had the top floor one that had sun the whole morning, very nice with a terrace. Nothing.
